摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance the stability of a valve closing state and valve cut-off ability by forming at least either the valve sheet of a valve body or the valve seat with which the valve sheet is brought into contact of elastic material. CONSTITUTION:At least either the valve sheet 8 of a valve body or the valve seat 3 with which the valve sheet 8 is brought into contact is formed of elastic material. As this makes it possible to regard both of them as being in an adsorption state, the demand of an electro-magnetic actuator 6 can be reduced. And since the suction force at their adsorption location is large, their motion can be stabilized, and the cut-off ability of a valve can be enhanced.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice cooking method and a rice cooker capable of deciding extinguishing temp. in accordance with the state of the inside of a pot and being shifted to steaming process without being extinguished at preset extinguish temp. SOLUTION: A detecting sensor S measures the temp. of a rice cooking pot heated by a burner 4, a temp. detecting part 50 detects that the rice cooking pot comes to 108 deg.C based on the measured and a temp. changing pattern specifying part 53 specifies a temp. changing pattern after 108 deg.C based on the measured temp. When the temp. changing pattern satisfies a prescribed pattern, a shifting temp. deciding part 55 decides the temp. of the pot corresponding to the point of the time as a shifting temp. and a value device 11 makes the heating power of the burner 4 zero to be shifted to a steaming process. As the result, compared with the case of being shifted to steaming process only at the extinguishing temp. being the preset shifting temp., cooked rice is browned beautifully by deciding the shifting temp. by considering also the temperature changing pattern showing the state of the inside of the pot.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable the monolithic molding of two or more blades in such a manner that they are superposed in the axial direction, by a method wherein after molten resin is injected into a mold and molded, the mold is rotated and the main body of a rotor is released from the mold. CONSTITUTION:In a state wherein a movable die is in contact with a fixed die 6, molten resin is injected from a runner 16. This molten resin is filled up in a cavity from a gate 15 and put under a pressure. After a mold 5 is cooled down and the resin in the cavity is set, the movable die is moved downward to be separated from the die 6. When a gap large enough to take out the main body 2 of a rotor is formed between the die 6and the movable die, subsequently, pressure pins 12 and 13 are driven. Since a rotary mold 8 is supported by rolling bearing 9, the main body 2 is rotated while it is pressed by the pins 12 and 13, so as to be taken out of mold 8. In this way, two or more blades can be molded monolithically so that they are superposed in the axial direction.

In the circuit 44, a difference between the revolutions Ni-1 and Ni falls below the fixed value DELTAN, an overmetering end signal OME is outputted. Moreover, the circuit 45 determines a product of the revolutions Ni of the signal OME at the incident and overmetering time. Then, after the incidence of the signal OMS, an overmetering cumulative value from the circuit 45 is added with the circuit 42 and the results are displayed 46 as flow rate.

Since the protrusive bank 19b prevents the grease, applied being attached to the periphery of the cylindrical part 19, from dripping to a side of the gas circulating hole 19a, a shutoff valve unit, eliminating drip of grease itself, prevents a valve unit 5 from generating a sticking phenomenon of its valve rubber 5b caused by the drip of grease.

A micro pipe line 26 is thereby formed between the resin film 29 and the linear protrusive portions 30 to store lubricating oil therein. Thus quantity of stored oil is increased and the oil storing body can be manufactured simply as well as effectively at a low cost, and also volatile quantity of lubricating oil can be restrained.

A valve unit 5 determines its stroke for the nozzle 8 not by manufacturing accuracy of the housing 9 but by the length accuracy of the spacer rod 7 continually obtain a fixed value.
