摘要： PURPOSE:To remove a sticking phenomenon of a valve unit due to a cause of grease by providing a protrusive bank, for preventing grease fluid from its inflow, in the cylinder part upper edge of a nozzle fitted to a nozzle fitting hole. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle 8 has a cylindrical part 19 opening a gas circulating hole 19a in the center and an O-ring 20 fitted to the periphery of the cylindrical part 19. When the nozzle 8 has a flange part 21 which is integrally formed in the bottom part peripheral edge of the cylindrical part 19 further receiving the upper end of each spacer rod 7. A protrusive bank 19b for preventing an inflow of grease is provided in the upper edge of this cylindrical part 19. Since the protrusive bank 19b prevents the grease, applied being attached to the periphery of the cylindrical part 19, from dripping to a side of the gas circulating hole 19a, a shutoff valve unit, eliminating drip of grease itself, prevents a valve unit 5 from generating a sticking phenomenon of its valve rubber 5b caused by the drip of grease.

摘要： PURPOSE:To set the relation between a nozzle and a valve unit in good accuracy by fixing the peripheral edge of a flange to a valve housing in a condition that the nozzle is air-tightly fitted to a nozzle fitting hole formed in the valve housing. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle 8 comprises a cylindrical part 19 opening a circulating hole 19a in the center, O ring seal 20, flange part receiving the upper end of a spacer rod 7 and a magnetic shielding plate 22. Placing the nozzle 8 in a condition that it is air-tightly fitted to a nozzle fitting hole 24 formed in a valve housing 9, the peripheral edge of a flange 2 is fixed to the valve housing 9. A valve unit 5 determines its stroke for the nozzle 8 not by manufacturing accuracy of the housing 9 but by the length accuracy of the spacer rod 7 continually obtain a fixed value.

摘要： PURPOSE:To permit a valve unit to accurately hold its relatively separating distance from a nozzle by connecting the valve unit to the point end of a plunger through a valve shaft of non-magnetic material and a shutoff plate of magnetic material to the bottom surface of the nozzle. CONSTITUTION:Dividing a shutoff valve unit into a plunger 4 and a valve shaft 5a, a valve unit 5 and the valve shaft 5a, using a material consisting of non- magnetic substance, are connected to the plunger 4. A nozzle 8 is constituted of a cylindrical part 19, O ring 20 and a flange part 1, and a ring-shaped shutoff plate 22, consisting of magnetic substance, is provided in the bottom surface of the flange part 21. Since a protruding part of the plunger 4, when it is retracted, from a solenoid 3 is formed by the non-magnetic substance, a magnetic field can be left confined inside the solenoid 3. While when the plunger 4 is protruded, the magnetic field limits its leakage range by the shutoff plate 22.

摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate unevenness of action and malfunction by providing a spacer plate in the bottom surface of a pressure receiving plate arranged in the side of a spring in its adapted surface to a flange. CONSTITUTION:The upper part side of a compression spring 6 is adapted to the bottom surface of a valve unit 5, while the bottom part side is received to a pressure receiving plate 18 positioned in the center part of a flange 2. A spacer plate 19 is interposed existing in the bottom surface of the pressure receiving plate 18. The spacer plat 19 forms its surface into a cam face 19a, successively changing its height in the rotary direction, while providing a worm wheel 19b to be cut in the side surface. A shutoff valve unit, performing the rotary action of a worm shaft 32 of a worm 30, adjusts the height of the pressure receiving plate 18 by moving the cam face 19a to be rotated.

The valve unit 5, in which a pivot shaft 54 protrudes in the center bottom part of the valve main unit 52 penetrating through the center part of the pressure receiving plate 51, engages the point end of the pivot shaft 54 with a pivot bearing 55 provided in the uppermost part of the valve shaft 51.

CONSTITUTION:A pressing force of a spring P for pressing a valve body 12a of a selector valve 12 toward a nozzle 14 is set in a range of 0.04-0.06mm for R at the tip of the valve body 12a and in the range of 45-65 deg. for HS hardness of a valve sheet 12b of the valve body 12a being pressed on the nozzle 14 while set 3.0-5.0 times as much as the pressure on the side of a gas supply port 2. Thus, as a pressing force of the spring P which presses the valve body 12a of the selector valve 12 is set as mentioned above, the selector valve 12 can operate instantaneously with a deflection of the spring P thereby preventing a suction otherwise caused by an instantaneous negative pressure as in the past.
