    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a seal material against external hydraulic pressure and members such as collars for connecting rings to each other which are required when the rings are made of precast concrete from sulfuric acid produced inside a sewer conduit.
      SOLUTION: In this regenerative pipe 2 formed by connecting the rings 5 of precast concrete to each other and disposed in the existing sewer conduit joint parts between the rings are formed in corrosion-resistant seal structure. The corrosion-resistant seal structure is formed by burying a corrosion-resistant seal member 10 having the insert part of a corrosion-resistant water cut-off plate 11 in the connection end faces of the rings 5, inserting the corrosion- resistant water cut-off plate 11 into the insert part, and installing the corrosion- resistant water cut-off plate 11 into the joint part.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tunnel construction method in which a predetermined piece of an inner form is easily pulled out and removed in the axial direction in cast-in-place concrete lining method.SOLUTION: A cylindrical inner form 11 is assembled by using a trapezoidal piece for form removal 21 having a normal piece 17, a piece for assembly 19, and a separating member 25 on a pit wall 13 side, in the inside 7 of a tunnel boring machine 3, while the tunnel boring machine 3 excavates natural ground 1. Next, lining concrete is placed between the inner form 11 and a pit wall 29 using the end plate 31 as an end form. Then, the thrust of the tunnel boring machine 5 acting on the temporarily assembled adjustment ring 9 is released by using the thrust release mechanism and the inner form 11 is removed in a state that the thrust is transmitted from the lining concrete to the temporarily assembled ring 7 through the additional rib 25.
