    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring robot that is able to maintain the state of secure compression joint of the charging connector which securely connects between the traveling connector of a monitoring robot and the fixed connector for a sure charging and filling means, and the state of air couplers connected normally. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a mobile monitoring robot 1 for monitoring equipment moving along a traveling line 2 and charging and filling means for charging a battery 4 and filling an air tank 3 of the monitoring robot 1 connected to the monitoring robot 1. A latching structure 5 is arranged projecteclly on a mobile connector 6 arranged to the back edge of the monitoring robot 1 and a clamPing structure 7 pulling the monitoring robot 1 at the connection, together with the mobile connector 6 arranged to the fixed connector 8 or the charging and filling means.
