Furthermore, a central angel which the side surface of the recessed section forms to the center of the electric cable is expressed as thetao and a central angle which a plane between actual surfaces A, A' of a large diameter stepped part forms as thetae. Values of these expressed signs must be determined to satisfy the condition of a formula I. The electric cable can thus reduce not only wind noises as well as wind pressure but also audible noises originating in corona generated waterdrops in case of a rainfall.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To respond to non-lighting and the like of a different type of flight obstacle light. SOLUTION: The flight obstacle light status notification device includes: a means for measuring waveforms of a current and a voltage supplied to a flight obstacle light to calculate effective power; a comparison means for comparing the effective power with a threshold value; and a notification means for notifying a predetermined notification destination of a status according to a predetermined relationship when the effective power and the threshold value have the predetermined relationship. Thus, by calculating the effective power, the status of the flight obstacle light (for instance, non-lighting of one light or the like) can be appropriately detected even for a bulb type flight obstacle light or a neon tube type flight obstacle light. The support ring 13u is provided in such a state that one end surface thereof is brought into contact with the peripheral edge part of the end surface on the downstream side of the honeycomb structure 2 and the outer peripheral surface thereof is fixed to the inner surface of the waste gas flow pipe 11 in this state.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a polishing device for a metal wire capable of performing stable polishing without being abraded and lowering a polishing effect at an early stage, capable of easily replacing an abrasive, and having improved workability. CONSTITUTION:A columnar grinding wheel 5 is vertically set, and the lower end of the grinding wheel 5 is brought into contact with a metal wire 1. A belt 7 is suspended on the upper end of the grinding wheel 5, weights 8 are fitted at both ends of the belt 7, and the pressure force in the gravitational direction is applied to the lower end of the grinding wheel 5 kept in contact with the metal wire 1. A set of a polishing device is mainly constituted of the columnar grinding wheel 5, belt 7, and weights 8, the pressure direction is changed in eight directions: upward, downward, to the right and left, and obliquely upward and downward, and the whole periphery of the metal wire 1 is polished.
