    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform vibration test only for approximately pure testing vibration by inputting control force for controlling disturbance vibration and the like into a testing stage, offsetting the disturbance vibration and the like to some extent, and inputting the testing vibration. CONSTITUTION:A precision device for testing is fixed to a testing stage 2. Thereafter, inputted disturbance vibration G is detected with vertical and horizontal acceleration sensors 10 and 11 as vibration acceleration. Then, e.g. the disturbance vibration acceleration undergoes differentiation, proportional operation and/or integration. The result is multiplied by a coefficient, and the multiplied value is fed back to actuators A. Control force F for controlling the vibration G and the like is inputted into the stage 2 with almost no delay. Thus, the vibration G is approximately offset, and the effect of the disturbance G is made extremely small. At the same time, required testing vibration T is inputted into the stage 2. The vibration test is conducted only with the vibration T. Therefore, the precise vibration test and the minute vibration test whose vibration is equal to or less than the disturbance G can be performed.

    • PURPOSE:To make a three-dimensional quake-free and vibro-isolating effect securable, by disposing laminated rubber in space between the side of a frame and a longitudinal wall of a framework supporting this frame, thereby letting it support load in a horizontal direction. CONSTITUTION:A framework 32 is supported on a base plate 10 via laminated rubber devices 26 and 26. In addition, this laminated rubber 26 is disposed in space between the side of a frame 24 and a longitudinal wall 34 of the framework 32 in a state of being compressed with preload imposed in advance. Therefore, the load in a vertical direction is supported by the laminated rubber 26 to be disposed between the base plate 10 and the framework 32, while the load in a horizontal direction is supported by another laminated rubber 26 to be disposed between the frame 24 and the longitudinal wall 34, so that these rubber devices come to have a quake-free/vibro-isolating effect against vibrations in three-dimensional directions in consequence.
