摘要： PURPOSE:To relax an external force operating on a laminate piezoelectric element group and transmit fine vibration linearly to the outside by using both a parallel elastic body and a serial elastic body for the laminate piezoelectric element group in combination. CONSTITUTION:When a voltage having a desired waveform is applied from a power source, the laminate piezoelectric element group 4 is repeatedly strained in its lamination direction. This element group 4 is positioned between the bottom part 11 of an external cylinder 2 and the bottom part 12 of an internal cylinder 3 and fixed to both the bottom parts 11 and 12 to generate the fine vibration in the vertical direction along the axial direction. The parallel elastic body 5 is positioned between the flanks of the external cylinder 2 and internal cylinder 3, and flexible axially but very rigid in other directions to relative motion between the internal and external cylinders with many annular grooves 13 provided in the inner peripheral surface of a cylindrical body formed of an elastic member. The serial elastic body 6 has plates 15a and 15b fixed on both end surface of a columnar body 14 made of an elastic body to absorb axial high-frequency vibration, thereby insulating the element group 4. Consequently, no play is generated between the internal and external cylinders and mutual operations never interfere with each other.

CONSTITUTION:An actuator vibration insulating device has a lower trestle 80, a unit mount base 82, piezo actuators 60X-60Z, coil springs 84X, 84Y, a vibration detector 86, etc. On the other hand, the actuator 60 has a laminated piezo element 62, two metal plates 64, 66 and an elastic member 68, the plate 64 is attached to the end face of the element 62 in a laminating direction (driving direction) 70, and the member 68 is interposed in a press-adhered state between the other face and the plate 66. Accordingly, rigidity is provided in the driving direction, and flexibility is provided in a direction perpendicular to the driving direction. Thus, a vibration control is performed even against the fine vibration of micron order, and three-dimensional fine vibration can be preferably controlled with a simple structure.

The vibration test is conducted only with the vibration T. Therefore, the precise vibration test and the minute vibration test whose vibration is equal to or less than the disturbance G can be performed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To damp the relative vibration between a member supporting a friction bar and a member supporting a brake shoe by pressing the side surface of the friction bar with an oil pressure supplied to a hydraulic cylinder by a hydraulic feeding means to brake the brake shoe. CONSTITUTION:Two sets of vibration damping devices are coaxially disposed between a building 1 and a base 9 on an axis axial line crossing at a right angle to this axis to sandwich the building 1. When the building 1 vibrates, a friction bar 2 integrally vibrates in the axial direction according to the vibrating direction and slides on the inside of a brake housing 8 supported on the ground through the base 9. An oil pressure controlled by a controller and a servo valve is supplied to the oil chamber of a hydraulic cylinder 15 from a hydraulic feeding device 18. By this increased pressure, a piston 25 presses a brake shoe 12 through a back plate 13, which fastens the friction bar through a spacer 14.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the number of piezoelectric actuators and obtain damping performance by making the number of piezoelectric actuators arranged at the outer edge section of a column that faces the outside of a building in the control direction of the building larger than that of those arranged at the inner edge section of the column that faces the inside of the building. SOLUTION: Axial force and bending moment control is carried out in each column member and piezoelectric actuators are installed only at the outer edge section of a column. Therefore, even if same phase or opposite phase control voltage is applied to both inner edge and outer edge, piezoelectric actuator count components that contribute to control will increase. In addition, of given piezoelectric actuators, the number of piezoelectric actuators which permit to obtain the best damping performance and realize the same damping performance is minimized. Therefore, the number of piezoelectric actuators installed is cut while maintaining damping performance. Therefore, labor needed for installing piezoelectric actuators can be reduced, and load of a piezoelectric actuator controller can be lowered.
