摘要： PURPOSE:To control three-dimensional fine vibration and to simplify the structure of a device by attaching a plate material in which a thin filmlike elastic member is interposed in a press-adhering state to the end face in a driving direction, and incorporating elasticity only in a direction perpendicular to the driving direction of a laminated piezo element in the elastic member. CONSTITUTION:An actuator vibration insulating device has a lower trestle 80, a unit mount base 82, piezo actuators 60X-60Z, coil springs 84X, 84Y, a vibration detector 86, etc. On the other hand, the actuator 60 has a laminated piezo element 62, two metal plates 64, 66 and an elastic member 68, the plate 64 is attached to the end face of the element 62 in a laminating direction (driving direction) 70, and the member 68 is interposed in a press-adhered state between the other face and the plate 66. Accordingly, rigidity is provided in the driving direction, and flexibility is provided in a direction perpendicular to the driving direction. Thus, a vibration control is performed even against the fine vibration of micron order, and three-dimensional fine vibration can be preferably controlled with a simple structure.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to adjust vibration absorbing function easily by composing a vibration isolator in such a way that it is inserted to be engaged in a vibration isolating table to press the top of a bottom panel by threading at its lower end so as to push up the vibration isolating table from a vibration absorbing unit. CONSTITUTION:Pushup bolts 42 are threaded to be inserted into a vibration isolating table 30 at the four corners, and the lower end parts are inserted into a bottom panel 16. Bearing metals 44 each having a protrusion 44A are installed in the counter surface of the pushup bolts 42 of the bottom panel 16, so if each pushup bolt 42 is threaded, a hole 48 formed at its lower end is engaged with the protrusion 44A. In addition, if the pushup bolt 42 is pushed further, the lower end part of the pushup bolt 42 contacts the bearing metal 44 to push up the vibration isolating table 30 to get it apart from the top surface of a vibration absorbing unit 20. In this constitution, the vibration absorbing unit 20 can absorb vibration of low frequency numbers transmitted from a base ground 10 effectively, thereby antivibration equipment on the vibration isolating table 30 can be protected from vibration produced at the base ground 10.

摘要： PURPOSE:To cope with earthquake as well as environmental vibration by providing a first resisting member for eliminating micro displacement vibration having amplitude lower than a predetermined level and a second resisting member for eliminating large displacement vibration having amplitude higher than the predetermined level. CONSTITUTION:When a resisting member 18 in a vibration eliminating damper 10 is subjected to micro displacement vibration having amplitude smaller than a predetermined level, resisting portion 18A being lowered by a load while resisting against a spring 16 vibrates while being subjected to resistance is viscous liquid 14 so as to damp vibration. Since a wire 20 is loosened, vibration is not transmitted to a resisting member 22 for large displacement vibration. Upon application of large displacement vibration having amplitude higher than the predetermined level due to earthquake, the resisting section 18A vibrates considerably and the vibration is transmitted through the wire 20 to the large displacement resisting member 22. The resisting section 18A is subjected to resistance when it moves upward and lowers, and such motion is repeated to damp vibration. Consequently, the damper can cope with large displacement vibration as well as environmental vibration of micron order.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable damage to be prevented of vibration converting by shear resistance into slow oscillation the vibration applied to a mounting equipment by immersing a movable plate, suspended by a rope, in a viscous material housed in a unit casing. CONSTITUTION:A vibration absorbing unit 15 is formed by a casing 16, viscous material 17 housed in the casing 16 and a movable plate 19 hung down so as to be movable in the viscous material 17 from an upper part of the casing 16 through a wire rope 18. This rope 18 is connected in its both upper and lower end parts fixed by a stopper pin 20, and the movable plate 19 secures a supporting strut 21 while securing to its upper end part a mounting plate 22. Since a natural vibrative frequency can be changed by changing a length of the rope 18, the movable plate 19 hung thereby oscillates by the natural vibration frequency in no relation to a horizontal vibration from a foundation floor serving as the base part. Then in order to suppress amplitude of the oscillation, the movable plate 19 is constituted, being immersed in the viscous material 17 housed in the casing 16.

摘要： PURPOSE:To realize the visualization of vibration which allows an observer to be impressed strongly while being given a fun along with a possibility of directly viewing the degree of a fine vibration by making a laser light reflect on a liquid surface of a liquid tank to project reflected light on a projection surface of a screen. CONSTITUTION:Water tanks 7a and 7b holding water are arranged on a frame base 2 and a vibration removing base 3 provided on a foundation 1. Tables 4a and 4b provided with laser oscillators 6a and 6b are respectively are arranged at positions facing the frame base 2 and the vibration removing base 3 on the foundation 1 and a screen 8 is disposed at a position on the opposite side thereof. Then, the frame base 2 amplifies a fine vibration of the foundation 1 to oscillate a water surface of the water tank 7a on the frame base 2. The vibration removing base 3 attenuates the fine vibration of the foundation 1 by a vibration absorbing material 5 existing between the foundation 1 and the vibration removing base 3 so that the water surface of the water tank 7b on the vibration removing base 3 little oscillates. Laser lights 9a and 9b from the laser oscillators 6a and 6b reflected on the liquid surface of the water tanks 7a and 7b are projected on the screen 8 to visualize.

In this way, earthquake vibration or environmental vibration, generated in vibro-isolating and earthquake-isolating beds, can be sufficiently absorbed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To restrict vibration of the duct by a method wherein the plate material of the duct is consisting of a thin dimple plate formed with a plurality of recesses and protrusions, protruded and recessed on both surfaces allover thereof alternately. CONSTITUTION:The walls of the duct 11, having a wind tunnel having rectangular section, or the flange wall 12 and a web wall 13 are connected at respective sections 14 by duplicated interlocking connection and a connecting flange 15 is connected to the opening section of the duct by rivets 16. The plate material a1, constituting the flange wall 12 and the web wall 13, is a thin plate formed with a plurality of protrusions (b) and recesses (c) on both sides of the plate so as to protrude or recess in the semi-circular section alternately in the transverse and lateral directions in the shape of lattices. The sizes of respective protrusions (b) and recesses (c) are made constant and the shaft of gravity center (a neutral shaft) coincides with the central axis (x) of the main part (a'1) of the flat plate material so as to increase the rigidity of the plate. According to such constitution, the vibration of the duct walls may be reduced remarkably.
