摘要： PURPOSE: To perform promotion of high speed and labor-saving for both maintenance and inspection operations by detecting a liquid level on an observation window type level gauge noncontactually and automatically. CONSTITUTION: This device has a falling illuminating system 1 irradiating from the normal direction of a level gauge 3 via a half mirror 2 and an oblique illuminating system 4 irradiating this level gauge 3 from the oblique direction as an illuminating system, and these two illuminating systems 1 and 4 are selected and thereby an image of the level gauge 3 is picked up by a closed-circuit DTV camera 6 through a red filter 5. This picked-up image is converted into digital image data by an analog-to-digital converter 7, then it is taken into a computer 8 built in with a frame memory and an image processing part. At this computer 8, a specified process is carried out, thereby detecting a liquid level, and the test result is outputted.

摘要： PURPOSE: To perform a bolt looseness inspection work more quickly and more reliably, and save manpower by automatically inspecting the looseness of a bolt for tightening a structural body. CONSTITUTION: A bolt 11 is illuminated with a lighting system 12 from an oblique direction relative to a line normal to a bolt tightening plane, and the image of a bolt section is photographed with a TV camera 13. The image so taken is converted to a digital image signal via an A/D converter 14, and stored in a frame memory 15. Then, angular information on a contour line is extracted from the signal in an image processing section built in a computer 16. Thereafter, the extracted angular information and reference angular information preliminarily stored are compared with each other to judge whether the looseness of the bolt 11 exists or not. Thus, the looseness of the bolt 11 can be inspected quickly as well as accurately. The reliability of inspection is thereby improved and an inspection work time can be substantially reduced.

In this case, the sewing places of the body cut parts 35 and 37 of the front cloth 30 are specified to the upper and the side positions of the center part 22 except the center part 22 on the surface 21 of stuff 20, where the back of the sitting person is abutted. Besides, the respective configuration cloths 32, 34 and 36 are adhered to the surface 21 of stuff 20 by drawing the body cut parts 35 and 37 to the rear side of the back part 10.

摘要： PURPOSE:To detect the thickness of snow on the vehicle during its travel by detecting the thickness of deposited snow by using an ultrasonic sensor. CONSTITUTION:The ultrasonic sensor 24 sends an ultrasonic wave to a rail 10 and a voltage signal is obtained corresponding to a reflected wave received by the sensor 24. Then when the reflected wave is received from the rail 10 without being disturbed by snow deposition, a specific high output voltage is obtained. When the ultrasonic wave sent by the sensor 24 is disturbed by the deposited snow 48, on the other hand, the reflected wave from the rail 10 decreases and the output voltage drops. Then the thickness of the snow is detected from the position of the sensor 24 where the output voltage drops to a value less than a specific reference voltage and displayed on a display device 28. Consequently, the thickness of the deposited snow can be detected automatically at all times.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic shielding window unit which is simple in structure and applicable to an existing vehicle by replacing only a window by a method wherein a conductive film is provided on the non-exposed side of a glass plate which is one of the two outer glass plates of a window glass and located closer to a window frame than the other. SOLUTION: A window unit 3 is composed of a window glass 5 and a window frame 6 which is U-shaped in cross section covering all the peripheral edge of the window glass 5. The window frame 6 is formed of metal material such as aluminum extrusion material or the like. The window glass 5 has such a multilayered galss structure that a laminated glass formed of a first glass plate 11 and a second glass plate 12 which are bonded together interposing an intermediate film 10 between them and a glass plate 13 are laminated together through the intermediary of an air layer 14. The inner side of the glass plate 11 is coated with an electromagnetic shielding conductive film 16. It is preferable that the conductive film 16 is provided close to the side piece 6a (or 6b) of the grounded window frame 6. When a laminate is composed of glass plates, it is also preferable that the conductive film 16 is provided on the inner side of the laminate.
