摘要： PURPOSE:To provide an insulating tape excellent in buckling resistance at low cost by forming a layer of polyolefin adhesive on the surface of a polyester film, the bending elastic modulus of the layer being set in a specific range. CONSTITUTION:A polyester film 2 the thickness of which is preferably in the range of 0.012 to 0.2mm is prepared as a base. A layer 1 of polyolefin adhesive, the bending elastic modulus of which is in the range of 500 to 2000kg/cm , is formed on the surface of the polyester film 2 to manufacture an insulating tape. As examples of the polyolefin adhesive forming the layer 1, an ethylene- vinyl-acetate copolymer and a maleic acid modified low density polyethylene or the like are mentioned, and the thickness of the adhesive layer 1 should be in the range of 0.03 to 0.2mm. The bending elastic modulus of the adhesive layer 1 is measured by JIS-K7203 hard plastic bending test method.

As examples of the polyolefin adhesive forming the layer 1, an ethylene-vinyl-acetate copolymer and a maleic acid modified low density polyethylene or the like are mentioned, and the thickness of the adhesive layer 1 should be in the range of 0.03 to 0.2mm. The bending elastic moduls of the adhesive layer 1 is measured by JIS-K7203 hard plastic bending test method.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain an insulating tape which is of a low cost and excels in adhesiveness, buckling resistance and withstanding voltage characteristics by forming an anchor coat layer of an organic titanium compound and a polyolefin bonding agent layer on a polyester film. CONSTITUTION:An anchor coat layer composed mainly of an organic titanium compound is formed with the thickness of 0.0005 to 10.0mum on the film surface of a polyester film 3. For the organic titanium compound, alkyl titanate of tetra-i-propyl titanate or the like represented by Ti(OR)4 (R is alkyl group or allyl group) is suitable. On the anchor coat layer a polyolefin binding agent layer 1 is formed. For the bonding agent layer 1, polyethylene or graft denatured body or the like is used, and preferably, its bending elastic modulus is set within the range of 500 to 20000kg/cm , and as required, an additive agent such as a flame retardant can be mixed thereinto.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide an insulating tape excellent in heat and water resistance or the like at low cost by laminating a layer of polyolefin adhesive on a polyester film via an anchor coating of silane modified polyolefin resin. CONSTITUTION:An anchor coating 2 of silane modified polyolefin resin is formed on the surface of a polyester film 3. As an example of the silane modified polyolefin resin, a resin obtained by graft copolymerization of alkoxysilane with an ethylene-ethyl-acrylate copolymer is mentioned. Next, a layer 1 of polyolefin adhesive (e.g. a layer of maleic acid modified low density polyethylene) is formed over the anchor coating 2 to manufacture an insulating tape. The silane modified polyolefin resin has so high affinity to both of the layers 1 and 3 and is so excellent in heat and water resistance that the layers 1 and 3 can be bonded together at a sufficient adhesion property and that the insulating tape excellent in heat and water resistance can be manufactured.

摘要： An adhesive seal member for a fuel cell of the present invention includes a cross-linked product of a rubber composition containing components (A) to (E): (A) at least one rubber component selected from ethylene-propylene rubber and ethylene-propylene-diene rubber, (B) an organic peroxide having a one-hour half-life temperature of 130°C or less, (C) a crosslinking aid, (D) at least one adhesive component selected from a resorcinol compound and a melamine compound, an aluminate coupling agent, and a silane coupling agent, and (E) a softener having a pour point of -40°C or less. If the ethylene-propylene rubber or the ethylene-propylene-diene rubber in (A) the rubber component has an ethylene content of 53% by mass or less, the rubber composition may be devoid of (E) the softener having a pour point of -40°C or less.
