摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for separating a shaft wherein the shaft made of a metal of a roll used for an electro-photographic apparatus is separated from an elastic body under a condition where the outer peripheral face is coated with the elastic body and can be recovered in a reusable good shape without deforming and damaging the shaft at that time. SOLUTION: A roll 10 for an electrophotographic apparatus with a shaft 12 which can be heated by means of high-frequency induction heating and an elastic body 14 provided under a condition where the outer peripheral face is covered therewith is treated by induction heating through a high-frequency induction heating coil 18 to thermally destroy the interface of adhesion of the elastic body 14 to the shaft 12. Thereafter, the shaft is pushed out from the elastic body 14 by means of a shaft separating pin 40 and a separating cylinder 42 to separate it.

摘要： PURPOSE:To manufacture a brazed product having a high quality from which the generation of a void, etc. is prevented by allowing a flux supply material to which a flux agent is allowed to adhere and a brazing filler metal to approach a brazing part of a work, melting the brazing filler metal by a heat source and executing brazing by utilizing the flux agent. CONSTITUTION:A wire rod 15 in which a flux agent is allowed to adhere to the surface by a prescribed quantum is prepared in advance, and while heating a brazing part of a work W by a burner 12, the wire rod 15 is advanced, and the wire rod 15 is allowed to approach the brazing part of the work W. Therefore, the flux agent adhering to the surface of the wire rod 15 is melted like a liquid by heat of the brazing part, and supplied to the brazing part by a capillary phenomenon. When the liquid flux agent finishes turning around the brazing part, a brazing filler metal 17 is allowed to approach the brazing part through a nozzle 20, supplied to the brazing part in a state of a liquid, infiltrated into a clearance between a flange part W1 of the work W and a pipe W2 and solidified. In such a way, the generation of a void, a brazing filler metal flow and a pin hole is prevented, and a brazed product having a high quality is obtained.

摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate defects such as a surface roughness due to conventional grinding, deteriorated productivity and localized surface abnormality attributed to grinding waste by forming intermediate/large-size elastic rolls without undergoing a grinding step. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical roll body 10 consisting of an elastic product is arranged vertically, and a cylindrical coating roll 14 is arranged horizontally so that the roll 14 comes in contact with the peripheral surface of the roll body 10. Further, the roll body 10 and the coating roll 14 are allowed to rotate around the axis, and at the same time, the coating roll 14 is allowed to move relatively to the roll body 10 in one vertical direction. In addition, a coating liquid is supplied to the coating roll 14 and in turn, is applied to the peripheral surface of the roll body 10. On the other hand, the relative movement speed of the coating roll 14 to the roll body 10 is continuously slowed down to the center from the axial one end of the roll body 10. Further, the speed is continuously accelerated from the center to the other end, and thus the coated layer formed on the peripheral surface of the roll body 10 is thickest in the axial center of the roll body 10 and becomes thinner gradually toward both ends.
