摘要： PURPOSE:To improve water resistance by a method wherein a composition, consisting of epoxy resin and a cement, is applied as a prime coat material and a composition, consisting of an emulsion of a polymer and an inorganic water curable material, is applied as a waterproofing material. CONSTITUTION:A composition having 1-50wt.% epoxy resin and 5-99wt.% cement, based on the total solid content, and a total amount thereof being 40wt.% or more is prepared as the prime coat material. Further, one kind or more of monomers selected from alkyl (metha) acrylate having an alkyl group of the number of carbons being 4-10 are prepared as a essential constituting monomer and a composition consisting of an emulsion, wherein a polymer having a glass transition point of -20 deg.C or less is emulsified and dispersed in water by a surface active agent, and an inorganic water curable material is prepared as a waterproofing agent. After a prime coat material is applied on the surface of a building, the waterproofing material is applied thereon.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of the warp and deformation of a base sheet body and to improve quality of a finish integral type panel by a method wherein thin wet-impermeable materials having flexibility are applied on both the obverse and the reverse of a base sheet body made of a solid. CONSTITUTION:High strength cement, a light aggregate, a water reducing agent, a cationic acrylic emulsion, and water are added and kneaded together. After the mixture is placed in forms and cured by steam, a product is removed from the forms and cured to form a base sheet body 1. After aluminum foils 2, serving as a thin wet-impermeable material, having flexibility are laminated on both the obverse and the reverse, the obverse side is coated with an adhesive and a stone material 3 is laminated by pressure adhesion lamination to form an integral type panel. Vaporization of a moisture content at the interior from both the obverse and the reverse of the body 1 is blocked by the aluminum foil 2, a difference in a vaporization moisture content is prevented from production, and the occurrence of a warp owing to dry contraction of the body 1 is blocked. This constitution prevents the occurrence of breakage of the stone material 3 owing to the occurrence of a warp and improves quality of the integral type panel.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of complication of a construction specification, in which application work is carried out separately for each material, reduce finishing construction cost from both sides of material and construction work and secure the quality of the finishing, in the formation of plural layers of finishing materials on a cured concrete material which is produced by using cement as a bonding material. SOLUTION: This method is based on a finding that a cured concrete using cement as a bonding material has a practically useful level of chromatographic activity. Plural finishing layers are formed by applying a liquid prepared by mixing two or more kinds of finishing materials having different functions on the surface of the cured concrete. By means of the difference of the levels of chromatographic activities of the cured concrete material on finishing materials, each finishing material moves upto a different position and fixed there to form plural finishing layers. By utilizing the chromatographic activities, the formation of plural finishing layers, which needed plural applications in a conventional process, can be accomplished using one liquid by a single application. This process enables wide simplification of a construction specification, the reduction of finishing construction cost from both sides of material and construction work and the sure securement of the quality of the finishing.

SOLUTION: This surface finishing material consists of an aqueous emulsion composed of an acrylic copolymer having alkoxysilyl groups and a silane compound having a hydrolyzable functional group. The aqueous emulsion is preferably obtained by compounding an aqueous emulsion of an acrylic copolymer having alkoxysilyl groups with an aqueous emulsion of a silane compound having a hydrolyzable functional group. Permeation function and film-forming function can be well balanced in the surface finishing material because of the convenient crosslinking time of a coat layer.
