Cette première séquence vidéo ne comportant qu'un contenu informatif limité, l'invention consiste à sélectionner au moins une image extraite du reportage mais pas de la première séquence vidéo, et à créer et afficher une image composite comportant à la fois la première séquence vidéo avec le présentateur et une au moins image extraite du reportage. Un perfectionnement consiste en ce que cette première séquence vidéo provient d'un sommaire du document, des images du reportage sont rajoutées aux images du sommaire pour en augmenter le contenu informatif. L'invention concerne également le récepteur apte à mettre en œuvre le procédé.
