    • A carbon black filled rubber composition prepared by subjecting a rubber latex mixture comprising a latex of at least one raw rubber (A) having an average glass transition temperature (TgA) of -120 to -15 DEG C, carbon black and a portion of a softener to solidification, dehydration and drying to prepare a carbon black filled rubber composition, and kneading this composition together with another raw rubber (B) and another portion of a softener in an internal mixer, wherein the FA/FB ratio is 1.2 to 3.0, FA referring to the carbon black concentration of the rubber latex mixture based on the rubber polymer and FB to that of the rubber composition prepared by the above kneading based thereon; and another carbon black filled rubber composition prepared by bringing a raw rubber (A') comprising a polymer having functional groups of formula (I) bonded to the polymer chain either directly or through other atomic groups or a terminally modified diene polymer into contact with carbon black and then blending the resulting material with another raw rubber (B') comprising a diene raw rubber.
