    • It is presented a user equipment (20), UE, for collecting configuration data useable for initialization of a radio access node (10). The UE (20) comprises a communication interface (22) arranged for wireless communication, a processor (23) and a memory (24) for storing a software package comprising computer program code. When the software package is run in the processor (23) it causes the user equipment (20) to collect configuration data in form of a Public Land Mobile Network, PLMN, code and scan neighboring radio access nodes associated with the collected PLMN code for collecting configuration data in the form of broad casted System Information, SI, data. The UE (20) establishes a wireless communication link with the radio access node (10) and communicates the collected configuration data to the radio access node (10) over the established wireless communication link. Furthermore a corresponding method, computer programs and computer program products are disclosed.

    • A method and cell controlling node (600) providing radio communication in a first cell of a communication networks for supporting management of the communication network based on performance related reports sent to a management system (602). Signal measurement reports (M) are obtained from User Equipments, UEs (604) being served by the first cell controlling node, on measurements on signals from cell controlling nodes (606) in neighbouring cells. (302), Based on the measurement reports, the cell controlling node identifies a neighbouring cell from which signals fulfil a signal condition. A current identity of the identified neighbouring cell is then selected as a cell cluster identity, in order to send performance related reports to the management system indicating the cell cluster identity. In this way, the cell cluster identity is shared by two or more cells that form a cell cluster of a specific area, and the performance related reports will be more uniform and easier to handle regardless of which cell controlling nodes they are received from. It will also be easier to monitor and improve performance in the cell cluster area.

    • The present solution discloses a method in a communication device (20) of a communications network for enabling provision of data to be used in a performance analysis. The communication device obtains an input to set up at least one rule within the communication device (20) to be fulfilled in order to create at least one performance management counter to count occurrences of a performance management parameter related to thecommunication device (20). The communication device then sets up the at least one rule, and, in addition, detects an impulse. Based on the detected impulse the communication device determines whether the at least one rule has been fulfilled or not, The communication device monitors, if the at least one rule has been fulfilled, data associated to the communication device (20), and the communication device creates (450) the at least one performance management counter to count occurrences of the at least one performance management parameter based on the monitored data. Furthermore, the communication device transmits a message comprising a result of the at least one performance management counter to an operation and maintenance communication device (30).
