摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photo-setting resin composition which can produce a three-dimensional shaped article excellent in dimensional accuracy because of a low volumetric shrinkage factor, excellent in heat resistance because of a high heat distortion temperature, and excellent in transparency and mechanical characteristics. SOLUTION: This resin composition contains (i) at least one imidated acrylic compound represented by formula (I) (wherein R1 is an optionally substituted alicyclic, aromatic or aliphatic group and may have an ether oxygen atom; R2 is a divalent diamine residue; R3 is a divalent aminoalcohol residue; R4 is H or methyl; (m) is an integer of 1 to 6; and (n) is an integer of 1 to 5); (ii) a radical-polymerizable compound other than the imidated acrylic compound and/or a compound undergoing cationic polymerization; and (iii) a photopolymerization initiator.

SOLUTION: A photocured laminated body with a glass transition temp. of 70-120 deg.C is formed by using the below described photoradically curable compsn. The photoradically curable compsn. consists of a photopolymerization initiator per 100 pts.wt. below described photocurable liq., 50-400 pts.wt. filler and at most 5 pts.wt. phosphate per 100 pts.wt. filler. The photocurable liq. consists of 30-80wt.% unsatd. urethane with at least 3 radical polymerizable methacryloyl and acryloyl groups and with a mol. wt. per radical polymerizable group of 150-250, 3-10wt.% morpholide (meth)acrylate and remaining amt. of a diol di(meth)acrylate and the photocured laminated body is post-cured at a temp. higher than the glass transition temp. by 30-100 deg.C.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition that is free from thixotropy by formulating specific inorganic solid fine particles and/or whisker and phosphate ester salt surfactant to a photosetting resin in specific amounts. SOLUTION: This composition has a viscosity of >=5,000 cp at 25 deg.C and causes no change in viscosity, even when a stress is loaded. In a particularly preferred embodiment, the objective composition is prepared by formulating (A) 5-70 vol.%, based on the whole volume of the composition, of inorganic solid particles with the average particle, sizes of 3-70 μm and (B) 0.01-1 wt.%, based on the weight of the component A, of a phosphate ester salt surfactant into a liquid photosetting resin. In another embodiment, (C) 5-30 wt.%, based on the whole volume of the composition, of whisker having 0.3-1 μm diameter, 10-70 μm length and 10-100 aspect ratio and (B) 0.01-1 wt.%, based on the weight of the component C, of the component B are formulated to the photosetting resin thereby giving the objective resin composition.

The photo-setting liquid is a polymerizable mixture composed of (meth)acryloyl modified urethane containing methacryloyl modified urethane having at least a methacryloyl group as a radical polymerizable group in a molecule or methacryloyl and acryloyl modified urethane, and a radical polymerizable diluent capable of being polymerized with the (meth)acryloyl modified urethane. Further, the (meth)acryloyl modified urethane contains the radical polymerizable group by a 0.25 to 0.40mol unit per its 100g.

In addition, this composition preferably contains 5-70 vol.%, based on the whole volume of the composition, of inorganic solid particles in a liquid photosetting resin in which the solid particles have an average particle size of 3-70 μm and have a shape of the relative standard deviation of 0.5-5 according to the numerical expression [D1 is the area circle diameter in μm; D is the average value of the area circle diameter in μm; n is the number of the particles]. In a preferred embodiment, a phosphate ester salt surfactant is added to the composition in an amount of 0.01-1 wt.% based on the weight of the inorganic solid fine particles.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocurable composition which can give a mold improved in thermal and mechanical properties and durability in a short time by mixing a photocurable liquid comprising an unsaturated urethane vinyl monomer with a filler and a specified phosphoric ester salt. SOLUTION: An unsaturated urethane having three or more (meth)acryloyl groups and a molecular weight of 150-250 on the average per group is mixed with a vinyl monomer e.g. (meth)acrylic morpholide in a weight ratio of 80/20 to 50/60 to obtain a photocurable liquid (A). Then, a mixture (B) of a filler comprising inorganic solid particles and inorganic whiskers surface-treated with e.g. (meth)-acryloyl-modified silane and having an average fiber length of 1-70μm is obtained. One hundred (100) pts.wt. component A is uniformly mixed under agitation with 50-400 pts.wt. component B and 0.1-5 pts.wt., per 100 pts.wt. component B, phosphoric ester salt of the formula (wherein R is a 1-6 C hydrocarbon group; Y is a residue derived by removing the hydroxyl groups from a polyetherdiol; A is a residue of a monoamine; (m) and (n) are each 1 or 2; and m+n=3.

This method can yield a three-dimensional molding having an elevated Tg, a heightened toughness value, which is the product of tensile strength and tensile elongation, and a significantly improved dimensional accuracy.
