    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the vibration of a mounting table caused by equipment mounted on the mounting table being moved.SOLUTION: A vibration suppression device (10) is provided with a fixing member (14). The upper leaf spring (20) is fixed to center section (18C) of an upper leaf spring attachment base (18), and the lower leaf spring (22) is attached to an attachment base (17) disposed on the mount. Center section (18C) is inserted into a space surrounded by the fixing member (14) and the mounting table (12) and is attached to the attachment base (17) by means of leg sections formed by bending both ends of center section (18C). An actuator (24) for transforming the lower leaf spring (22) is affixed to the lower leaf spring (22).

      SOLUTION: The vibration feeling device 10 has a first body frame 30 formed by assembling hollow square bars in a rectangular form, and support legs 16 are attached along the two sides of the first body frame 30. On top of the first body frame 30, laminated rubbers 28 are provided at four corners. The laminated rubbers 28 are so formed as to be hard to vibrate in vertical direction and easy to vibrate in horizontal direction, and support a middle plate 32. On the middle plate 32, rubber vibration insulators 26 are arranged to support a shaking table 12. The shaking table 12 is so formed as to be easy to vibrate in horizontal and vertical direction, and can vibrate the shaking table 12 in horizontal and vertical direction. As a vibrating means, there are provided linear motors 20 to vertically vibrate the shaking table 12 and linear motors 22 to horizontally vibrate the shaking table 12.
