A fire resisting covering material consisting mainly of rock wool, the adhesive, and water and prepared by mixing them together is provided. 3-5wt.% powder sodium silicate per a total solid content is added where necessary and initial fluidity necessary to a forced feed by a pump is ensured. The mixture is sprayed against each steel frame member and after it is cured in a short time, the steel frames are assembled together. This constitution provides early strength necessary to pointing and holds enough initial fluid and fire resistance.
