摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fireproof and smokeproof shutter capable of preventing the generation of wrinkles in a fireproof sheet and a breakdown of the sheet due to the abrasion by the concentration of the weight to a specified part. SOLUTION: A shutter case 4 provided with a shaft 3 capable of winding up and unwinding a fireproof sheet 2 is provided at a location, in case of emergency such as a fire, the fireproof sheet 2 is unwound from the shaft 3 and suspended from the shutter case 4 so that a tip 2a of the fireproof sheet 2 lands on the floor, and an internal space of a building structure is thereby shielded. The shutter case 4 is provided with a receiver 6 for supporting the shaft 3, and the receiver 6 has a slide layer 7 and a cushion layer 8, and the contact area of the fireproof sheet 2 with the slide layer 7 is increased by the cushion layer 8 so as to distribute the pressure to be applied to the fireproof sheet 2, and the cushion layer 8 is recessed, and the breakdown of the fireproof sheet 2 due to the abrasion is reduced by the increase of the contact area of the fireproof sheet 2 with the slide layer 7.

Even in the case where the shutter curtain 1 is bent because of hot air or the like on an occasion of fire, the evacuation passage 5 does not allow gaps to be formed at the opening 2 and fire and smoke prevention effect to be deteriorated because the exterior-side edge part 4e of the roof part 3 and the lower end edge part 2a of the opening 2 are maintained in the state of fixation.
