    • PURPOSE:To obtain a uniform unit reinforcing bar by disposing a primary bender capable of advancing or retreating at a fixed position in the direction of feeding the reinforcing bar and a secondary bender capable of moving right and left and advancing or retreating to enable controlling the interval between both benders and by controlling an irregularity of bending caused at the time of longitudinal bending by an added holding mechanism. CONSTITUTION:Two pairs of motor-driven benders for the reinforcing bar 10, 10A are disposed to enable controlling the interval between both benders, on an adjacent position of a feeding side of the worked machine of the primary bender 10, the reinforcing bar holding device is arranged. A reinforcing bar holder 48 of the holding device 10 left from a feeding line of the reinforcing bar and the reinforcing bar A is fed and clamped by a clamp 18 of the secondary bender. 10A. After that, the primary bender 10 is driven, the reinforcing bar A is bent by a force point roller 14 and supporting point roller 12. Then, the primary bender 10 is retreated to the refuging position and in the state of advancing the rear end holding device, the secondary bender 10A is driven to bend the middle part of the reinforcing bar A. This bending reaction is received by a dog plate 48' of the holding device to prevent an over movement of the reinforcing bar to control the dimensions of the secondary bending.

    • PURPOSE:To always hold liquid coolant temp. to the room temp. or lower and to stably obtain a fine wire by supplying uniformly the liquid coolant toward the circumferential direction by using drum rotating force from the drum center. CONSTITUTION:The liquid coolant is made to uniformly supply toward the circumferential direction by using the drum rotating force from the center of rotating drum 1 and also the liquid coolant is guided to the bottom part of liquid coolant layer 2 formed on the inner circumferential face of cylindrical drum through a disklike partition wall 7 arranged along the wall face spreading toward the circumferential direction of drum closing side. On the other hand, the liquid coolant is over-flowed from the edge part 9 of drum at the drum opening side and also discharged from a slit or a small hole 8 arranged at the outer circumferential part of drum by centrifugal force and the total discharging quantity is balanced to the liquid coolant supplying quantity. In this way, it is not feared that the liquid coolant surface is disturbed, and the liquid coolant layer is always maintained to the room temp. or lower and the fine wire of fine crystal metal or amorphous metal is stably obtd.

    • PURPOSE:To continuously manufacture a bamboo blind like reinforcement with good efficiency by intermittently advancing the plural wires arranged in parallel at an optional pitch in the wire shaft center direction, feeding a reinforcement from the orthogonal direction with the wire and repeating the stage binding plural intersections of the reinforcement and wire. CONSTITUTION:The reinforcement 1 arranged on a carry-in device 10 is moved in parallel in an arrow mark E direction to a replacing device 20, which transfers the reinforcement 1 one by one to a transfer roller device 30 at a fixed time each. And according to the number of bindings of the reinforcement 1b increasing a cord like reinforcement S is manufactured, placed on a transfer conveyor 70, moved to an accumulation device 80 and cut when reaching to an optional wire length, and one unit of a bamboo blind like reinforcement is completed.
