摘要： PURPOSE:To perform the welding continuously, efficiently, automatically and accurately by relating a torch to face the welding position when a limit switch provided to a torch head abuts on e patch attached to an elevating rod of a centering mechanism. CONSTITUTION:The centering mechanism 2 is actuated and the rod 4 rises and a part around which a band is wound up adjacent to a reinforcing bar A is supported by a centering V block 5 and pressed so that the band abuts on the bottom of aggregate B. Next, when e torch elevating mechanism 6 is actuated to raise a torch head 9, an actuator of the limit switch 14 provided to the head 9 side comes into contact with a preset switch operating piece 15 provided to the rod 4 side. A driving motor is stopped and the torch 10 aattains the height to correspond to a predetermined welding point. Next, the torch 10 is traversed to the objective position and the torch 10 is located at the position capable of welding.

A reinforcing bar holder 48 of the holding device 10 left from a feeding line of the reinforcing bar and the reinforcing bar A is fed and clamped by a clamp 18 of the secondary bender. 10A. After that, the primary bender 10 is driven, the reinforcing bar A is bent by a force point roller 14 and supporting point roller 12. Then, the primary bender 10 is retreated to the refuging position and in the state of advancing the rear end holding device, the secondary bender 10A is driven to bend the middle part of the reinforcing bar A. This bending reaction is received by a dog plate 48' of the holding device to prevent an over movement of the reinforcing bar to control the dimensions of the secondary bending.

And, the pushed-up amount of the shape steels A on the conveyor C by means of the push-up members 26 is at least above the thickness of the flange part (a) of the shape steel being handled.

Then, the both levers 6 and 7 are turned. Thus, the simple constitution can be obtained.
