    • PURPOSE:To improve safety of a work and to shorten a term of works by lifting a steel frame, ground-assembled in a room, by means of a lift up device, hanging a piping from the steel frame and hanging the pipings in stages, and anchoring the steel frame in a position. CONSTITUTION:A steel frame 2 forming a piping hanging base is ground- assembled on the floor of a room 1, the steel frame 2 is raised to a proper height by means of a lift up device 3, and hanging of a first stage piping 5 and welding of a joint are carried out. After completion of hanging, the steel frame 2 is further raised to a proper height, hanging of a second stage piping 6 is effected, and the frame steel is further raised to effect hanging of a third stage piping 7. After completion of the above work, the steel frame 2 is raised and anchored to a frame support bracket 9 previously installed at a wall 13. After completion of all the above piping works, various equipment devices 10 are carried and installed in the room 1, the pipings 5, 6, and 7 are connected to the devices 10, and the lift up device 3 falling into disuse is removed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce temporary materials by installing half precast concrete slabs as floor slabs in permanent positions to place concrete after they are hung up at levels other than in the permanent positions to supply them for temporary use before the half precast concrete slabs are used as the floor slabs. SOLUTION: After a slab 6 for the second basement is formed, first stage excavation of the foundation 1 for the third basement is made near to the floor level of the third basement. Second stage excavation. pressure resisting slab 24 and footing beams 25 are executed, and after the working passage 21 is removed, the concrete slabs 11 are lowered to install them between the footing beams 25, and concrete is placed to form composite slabs.
