摘要： PURPOSE:To shorten a construction period by constructing a second story megatruss on a first story megatruss, and simultaneously performing the skeleton work, finishing work and the like of the first story part under the first story megatruss side by side. CONSTITUTION:Tower cranes 2 utilizing columns 4 set up permanently are installed to construct a first story megatruss 31 on a foundation bed 1. After the climbing of the tower cranes 2, the megatruss 31 is raised up to the first story and integrally connected to the columns 4. A second story megatruss 32 is then constructed by the tower cranes 2 on the first story megatruss 31. Simultaneously, the skeleton construction of beams 6, columns 7 and the floor in the first floor part under the first floor megatruss 31 is performed by finishing and equipment work in parallel. The same process is repeated to construct a multistoried building up to the desired height in a short period.

摘要： PURPOSE:To promote the labor-saving of conveyance for construction materials by loading a conveyed work being situated at a loading floor at the carriage date based on the estimated data inputted into a loading space and, after the loading space, where the conveyed work is loaded, is shifted to the loading floor, controlling it so as to unload from the loading space. CONSTITUTION:Each operation estimated data is inputted into a personal computer 68 via a keyboard 70. Next, if it comes to carrying time, a loading space lifting motor 48 is driven via a driver 28, and a loading space 18 is stopped at a loading floor. In succession, a transfer machine driving motor 56 and a belt conveyor driving motor 60 at the loading floor are all driven, and a conveyored work such as construction materials being mounted on a belt conveyor 58 at the loading floor is transferred onto a transfer machine 54 in the loading space 18. Then, a loading space lifting motor 48 is driven and, after the loading space 18 is moved up to an unloading floor, the transfer machine driving motor 56 and the belt conveyor driving motor 60 at the unloading floor are driven, thus the conveyed work mounted on the transfer machine 54 is unloaded.

CONSTITUTION:The size and direction of the force that an operator applies on a control grip 8 are detected by a force sensor 7 and the driving device of a motor, etc., is controlled so as to give the necessary movement to a holding device 12 according to this detection signal. In this case, the strength and direction of the force applied on the work object held on the holding device 12 are fed back to an operation side with their being detected by the force sensor 13 attached to the holding device 12. Consequently the operator can feel the force applied on the holding device 12 on the hand through a control grip 8.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a truck travelable even on the floor face with a level difference at a construction site or the like by providing an intermediate auxiliary wheel that can be pushed out downward by the operation of a step difference get-over lever, between a front wheel and a rear wheel of a truck body. SOLUTION: Until coming to step difference, a truck travels by front and rear wheels 2, 3, with an intermediate auxiliary wheel 5 in a lifted state. When the front wheel 2 comes to the step difference, while pushing a step difference get-over lever 4 forward, that is, while pushing out the intermediate auxiliary wheel 5 downward by rotating a triangular plate 6 downward through a rod 9, the rear part of the truck is pushed down to lift the front wheel 2 and to place it on the step difference. The step difference get-over lever 4 is then retreated to reset the intermediate auxiliary wheel 5 upward, and the truck is advanced until the rear wheel 3 comes to the step difference. When the rear wheel 3 comes to the step difference, the step difference get-over lever 4 is pushed forward to push out the intermediate auxiliary wheel 5 downward. At the same time, the rear part of the truck is pulled up to place the rear wheel 3 on the step difference.

The floor structure 52 of the third storey is constructed on the floor structure of the second storey keeping pace with it, the floor structurce 51 of the second storey is elevated to the regular position, and it is fitted and fixed to the main setting pillars 2. Finally, the above-mentioned drive storey 3 is set as the uppermost storey. Consequently, all weather type working environment is realized, execution of works is promoted independently of the weather (wind or rain), and hence the working efficiency is improved and the construction period is shortened.
