    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting and dismantling method for cutting and dismantling a reactor from a lower part adjacent to a reactor core where radiation level is high while lifting upper part of a shielding wall of the reactor and a wire saw type cutting and dismantling apparatus used for implementation of the method.SOLUTION: The wire saw type cutting and dismantling apparatus includes: an U-shaped guide frame with an upper part opened wider than a thickness of wall of a large cylindrical structure for allowing a wire saw to run around on the guide frame, and the frame is arranged to perform auto travel in a longitudinal direction along a track. The wire saw runs crossing the U-shaped guide frame with an upper part opened horizontally, and the U-shaped part is arranged to perform parallel movement vertically. The wire saw type cutting and dismantling apparatus is carried in to a work floor and is disposed so that the upper opened U-shaped guide frame receives a lower end portion of the large cylindrical structure. The wire saw is driven to travel around the frame and perform vertical movement upward to cut the wall vertically as well as to cut the wall horizontally by moving the U-shaped guide frame along the track while maintaining the height of the wire saw, and subsequently, to perform a vertical cutting by shifting the wire saw downward to cut off the part of the structure.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel frame cutter used in cutting and disassembling the steel frame of structure (building).
      SOLUTION: Slide frames extruding in opposite directions are provided expandably in the axial direction at a main body frame suspended by a crane, and steel frame clamps supporting the steel frame to be cut are provided and opened at intervals in the axial direction. Each of both the slide frames are provided with moving means for a cutting tool, enabling the cutting tool to move in the transverse direction or the height direction of the steel frame. Expanding/contracting the slide frame, supporting the steel frame by the steel frame clamps and moving the cutting tool are executed by a remote operation.

SOLUTION: A torsional-vibration controller 1 installed to a vibration isolation layer formed by upper and lower structures is composed of a plurality of the hydraulic cylinders 2 arranged in the horizontal direction and pipings 3 connecting the hydraulic cylinders 2, the insides of the hydraulic cylinders 2 and the pipings 3 are filled with oil, the hydraulic cylinders 2 are arranged in the direction that the cylinders are translated to the torsional vibrations of the upper structure at positions effective for controlling the torsional vibrations of the upper structure to the upper structure in which torsional vibrations are easy to occur, the cylinder sections are mounted on either one structure, a rod section is secured to the other structure, and the pipings 3 mutually connect each hydraulic cylinder 2 so that a plurality of the hydraulic cylinders 2 are operated in the direction that the cylinders are translated to the torsional vibrations of the upper structure.
