CONSTITUTION:Vertical wall tubes 84, 86 are fitted to vertical walls 78, 80 respectively, which are separated when opening a dome and brought to their approach when closing. The vertical wall tubes 84, 86 get in contact with each other in the closed condition of the dome to seal the clearance between the vertical walls 78, 80. A cylinder rod 90 equipped with a pressing plate 94 is contained in the vertical tubes 84, 86, respectively. A cylinder body 92 is fixed at the opposite side against the arranged side of the vertical wall tubes 84, 86 in the vertical walls 78, 80 so as to extend or contract the cylinder rod 90 by the hydraulic pressure. As the vertical wall tubes 84,86 are laterally pressed with the pressing plate 94 by the extension of the cylinder rod 90, the vertical wall tubes 84, 86 are loosened resulting from the gravity and hence, they are mutually made close.

SOLUTION: In the duct branching structure 1, a connection portion 2a of a branching member 2 having the connection portion 2a in a short cylindrical shape and a flange portion 2b joined to the outer periphery of the connection portion 2a is inserted through the inside of an opening portion 3b provided in a partition wall 3a of a duct 3 to the outside, a fixing member 4 is mounted on the outer periphery of the connection portion 2a, and the partition wall 3a of the duct 3 is held between the flange portion 2b and the fixing member 4. Furthermore, an opening end 5a of a branching duct 5 is connected to the connection portion 2a of the branching member 2 protruded from the partition wall 3a of the duct 3, and an aluminum adhesive tape 6 is wound on the outer periphery of a joint portion between the opening end 5a and the connection portion 2a. Thus, the branching duct 5 is fixed to the connection portion 2a of the branching member 2 with a packing 7 arranged between the flange portion 2b of the branching member 2 and the inner face of the partition wall 3a of the duct 3.     • PURPOSE:To make it possible to unfailingly detect the flow of a wind with accuracy regardless strong winds and/or a turbulent flow by installing a photoelectric sensor in non-floating or floating part of the floating element of a guiding portion. CONSTITUTION:A floating element 9 which is caused to float up by the flow 8 of a wind through a standing tubular guiding portion 7 is provided within the guiding portion 7, and shelfs 26 for preventing the floating element 9 from getting out of the portion are provided in upper and lower openings 7a, 7b of the guiding portion 7, respectively, and the opening 7b of its lower end is mounted thereto so as to be in contact with the flow 8 of a wind. The ends of a projecting cable 10a and a light receiving cable 10b each of which ends is carried out of a photoelectric sensor 10 are mounted to respective mounting portions of the non-floating part of the floating element 9 of the guiding portion 7 so as to form a light projecting portion and a light receiving portion, respectively. Light signals output from the light projecting portion are reflected by the floating element 9 during the absence of the flow 8 of a wind so as to be put in the light receiving portion, which detects the absence of the flow of a wind accordingly. The floating element 9 moves upwardly during the presence of the flow 8 of wind so that light signals output from the light projecting portion will not be put in the light receiving portion because of the absence of the reflecting face of the floating element 9, and the flow of a wind is thereby detected.

A plurality of suspending members 12 as duct supporting means are fixed to regions where the flat portions 10bp, 10cp are wholly put on each other.
