摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect definitely an air chamber to an air outlet without forming a useless pipeline by adopting an on/off air chamber and housing a flexible duct in this air chamber in a shrunken state. SOLUTION: An air chamber 10 is designed based on an on/off type and a flexible duct 22 is housed in this air chamber 10 in a shrunken state. More specifically, the air chamber 10 is formed like a hollow box with a bottom plate 12, four sets of peripheral side plates 14a, 14b, 14c and 14d erected on this bottom plate 12 and a top plate 18 pivoted on the upper end of one set of a peripheral side plate 14c as an open and close area 15. A plurality of flexible ducts 22, which connect the air chamber 10 to the air outlet or the like, are housed in this hollow box-shaped chamber main body 20. This construction makes it possible to turn an internal space which is hitherto considered as a useless space during transportation time to a housing space of the flexible ducts which are considered inconvenient to be housed.

摘要： PURPOSE: To provide an inexpensive fixed pressure open damper capable of an highly accurate adjustment of set air pressure and being simply fabricated in a short time. CONSTITUTION: This damper comprises a rotary shaft 14 penetrating a damper frame, a blade fixed to the rotary shaft 14, a rocking receptor 32 having a circular arc-shaped surface 34 and a rocking receptor part 36, a balance weight for energizing the blade in the direction of closing a flow passage, a roller 22 rolling on, in close contact with, the circular arc-shaped surface 34 and detachably engaging with the rocking receptor part 36 of the rocking receptor 32, and a rocking device 26 for energizing the roller 22 radially of the rocking receptor 32 at all times. The rocking receptor part 36 has a slope 58 formed continuously with the cricular arc-shaped surface 34 whereby when the blade closes the flow passage, the roller 22 is located on the slope 58 and hence a frictional component is reduced to ensure setting of stable air pressure.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide an air conditioning device having an air conditioner assembled therein which can be easily hung on a ceiling slab with about four bolts, perform a high efficint working of an air conditioner and save expenditure by a method wherein the air conditioner is assembled within an air conditioning chamber. CONSTITUTION:In an air conditioner unit are provided a hollow box 18 having suction holes opened at side walls thereof, an air conditioner 30 including a blower 26 arranged near the suction holes and including a heat exchanger 28, and an air conditioning chamber 32 formed within the hollow box 18 adjacent to the air conditioner. A circumferential wall of the hollow box is provided with a connection port of an conditioning duct communicated with the air conditioning chamber 32. The air conditioner and the air conditioning chamber can be easily hung about four hanging bolts without separately hung at a ceiling slab and the working can be performed in a high efficient manner and in less- expensive manner without requiring any position alignment between the air conditioner and the air conditioning chamber and without getting any connection canvas.

The hollow box is conveyed with the opening/closing part 15 being closed. In a construction field, the flexible duct 22 is taken out from the hollow duct only with opening and closing of one surface of the hollow duct 20, and is closed. The hollow box 20 is hung from a ceiling as an air conditioning chamber, and the flexible duct 22 taken out is connected with the connection part 28.

Besides, a long hole for insertion of a bolt is formed in the direction of length of the coupling member. The airtight member 40 for forming the flow passage is shaped like a bag opened at the top and the bottom and airtightness is given thereto by applying resin coating on the canvas thereof, while a heat insulating material for preventing dew formation is stuck on the surface.

摘要： PURPOSE:To simplify operations of assembling and fitting. CONSTITUTION:A side plate 4 having cutting or separating V-grooves 8 provided in parallel at an adequate interval, the first skirt plate 5 to be connected to the lower end or the plate 4, the second skirt plate 6, and a cover plate 7 are provided. The plate 4 has a rivet hole 13 between the grooves 8 and an inserting fins 14 on the lower part. The plate 5 has a waved lower end to the wave shape of the deck plate, and the plate 6 has a horizontal slit 16 for bending. The plate 4 is cut at the grooves 8 into a given width of pieces which are in turn bent and the ends are rivetted to form a cylinder. The lower end of the cylinder is attached with the plates 5 and the plates 6 by inserting their upper ends into the fins 14 in a state of being faced. The upside of the cylinder is closed by the plate 7, and the lower end of the plate 6 is properly bent to the slope of the wave of the deck plate.

SOLUTION: A hollow box 16 is formed into a hollow rectangular parallelepiped with a top plate, a bottom plate, and four side walls 14 using as a raw material a thin metal sheet such as aluminum and light alloy, etc. A connection duct 18 is provided which is movable freely to pass through a communication hole 12 in the hollow box 16 and be pushed into and taken out. Further, a joint lock part 20 is provided on the hollow box 16 and the connection duct 18 which lock part joint holds in communication in an airtight manner with the interior of the hollow duct 16 in the state where the connection duct 16 is taken out. Hereby, the end of the connection duct 18 inside the hollow duct 16 is simply joint locked in the hollow box 16.
