摘要： PURPOSE: To make a slab base material easy to carry into a tunnel and easy to erect when a partition wall using the slab base material as a skeleton is formed in a tunnel lining wall. CONSTITUTION: Projections 20 having fitting faces 21a are formed at the suspension positions of a slab base material 30 on both side walls of a primary lining wall 2, and steel plates 50 are buried in their inner faces 21b. Connecting faces 36 to be mated with the fitting faces 21a and fitting plates 35 forming the mount faces 37 to be mounted on the steel plates 50 are fixed at both ends of a base material main body 32 made of multiple H-steels 31 to form the slab base material 30. The connecting faces 36 of the fitting plates 35 are mated with the fitting faces 21 of the projections 20, the mount faces 37 are mounted on the steel plates 50, and the fitting plates 35 are fixed to insert metals 22 buried in the projections 20 by bolts.

摘要： PURPOSE:To sufficiently agitate the excavated earth, using a sub-agitation rod by expanding a telescopic member on the operation of a telescopic jack, when a rotating position detecting device finds that the telescopic member comes to such a position as corresponding to the excavation section of an extra-excavation device. CONSTITUTION:A cutter arm 12 is rotated on the operation of a drive device 14, thereby performing an excavation process and driving an agitation rod 18 for the agitation of the excavated earth in a chamber. Also, the rotation angle of the arm 12 is detected with a rotation detector 15, and at the preset angle position thereof, a swing cutter 20 is oscillated by the preset amount on the operation of a swing jack 21, thereby performing an extra excavation process. At the time of the extra excavation work, a telescopic member 22 is extended to an extra excavation section on the operation of a telescopic jack 23, and the earth excavated with the cutter 23 is agitated with a sub- agitation rod 24. In this case, the oscillation amount of the cutter 20 and the extension length of the member 22 are fed back, and synchronized with the rotation angle of the arm 12. Thus, the drilling and agitation work for special cross section is undertaken, depending on the rotation of the cutter arm 12.

The steel segments 7 of adjacent rings are jointed to each other by making mutual main girders 8, 16 directly butt each other and fastening them by bolts 11 through splice plates 10. Mutual flanges 8b, 16b of the main girders 8, 16 are also fastened by bolts 11 putting two splice plates 12, 12 thereon.

SOLUTION: A water-permeable block member is formed into the proper desired size for a conduit drain member 3 according to the shape of a drain site and the required drain quantity. The length (thickness) in the stream vector direction may be generally set to 10 cm or above, a filter member is molded into the desired shape and size, a filter is arranged on the upstream side of the drain site, and a water-permeable block is arranged on the downstream side. When the length in the stream vector direction of the filter member is extremely short, fibers cannot be fully removed, the clogging of the water- permeable block material easily occurs, therefore the thickness is preferably set to 10 mm or above. The conduit drain member 3 is suitable for the drainage of the sediment 1 containing fibers in particular, thereby the draining property is maintained, and the outflow of the sediment 1 into a conduit can be prevented.
