    • PURPOSE:To enable slime to be easily treated by providing an agitation vane at the end of a discharge tube, a submersible pump at the intermediate section of the tube and further a swivel at the upper part of the tube. CONSTITUTION:A suction port 12 is provided at the end of a discharge tube 1, and agitation vanes 2 are fitted at both sides of the port 12. Also, a submersible pump 5 is installed at the intermediate section of the tube 1, and a swivel 6 is fitted to the upper part of the tube 1 for connection to a rotary kelly-bar 7, a hydraulic tube 8, an electric conduit 9 and a discharge port 10. Then, the vanes 2 as folded are inserted in a vertical hole A having an expanded bottom drilled with a drilling mud construction method. Then, the vanes 2 are expanded and continuously rotated at the expanded bottom. Sedimentary slime is agitated and mixed with drilling mud via the rotation of the vanes 2, pumped up through the suction port 12 and tube 1 via the operation of the pump 5, and discharged to the ground from the discharge port 10. Thereafter, the tube 1 is lifted up, and a reinforcement cage is inserted in the hole A and filled with concrete, thereby forming a pile. According to this construction, slime can be easily treated by rotating the vanes 2 after expansion or contraction to suit the size of the expanded bottom section.

    • PURPOSE:To remove extra concrete from cast-in-plate concrete piles by a method wherein an upper circular frame and a lower circular frame are connected with a vertical frame, and a bottom cover that is capable of opening and shutting is hinged to the lower part while semicircular covers that are capable of opening and shutting are hinged to the bottom cover. CONSTITUTION:An upper circular frame 1 and a lower circular frame 2 are connected with a vertical frame 3. And a bottom cover 4 is hinged to the main with hinges 5. A beam 7 is fixed to the bottom cover 4, and semicircular covers 9 are hinged to the beam 7 with hinges 8. Furthermore, a basket 11 that slides with rollers 10 upward and downward on the vertical frame 3 in the main body is provided. Then, extra concrete is allowed to come in through a lateral and the bottom covers 9 that are automatically opened by the insertion pressure. Then, the covers 9 are closed automatically by self weight of the extra concrete, and the extra concrete is removed. Thereby, works can be executed easily, and the extra concrete and slime can be removed certainly and quickly.
