    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building construction method which can smoothly switch facility systems when a building is re-built. SOLUTION: The building construction method is used for constructing a newly-built building 30 in the same position as an existing building 10. The newly-built building 30 is constituted of a lower structural part 32, a facility floor 33, an upper structural part 34 all of which are divided in order from the bottom, and a facility core 35 which is provided at sides of these three structural parts 32 to 34 and extended in the vertical direction. The building construction method is provided with a first process and a second process.
