    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily carry a bulk material on a support by providing a fluid filled space between the bottom surface of the bulk material and the floor surface of a carrying path, and fitting the fluid pressure at a degree capable of preventing the separation of the bottom surface of the material to be carried from the support provided on the floor surface of the carrying path so as to lower the friction between the bottom surface of the bulk material and the support. SOLUTION: In the case of carrying a bulk material 110, a pump 140 is operated so as to fill the water 150 inside of a seal member 130, and the seal member 130 is expanded so as to tightly contact with a bottom surface 111 of the bulk material 110. The water 150 inside of the seal member 130 is injected into a water supply space 120 formed inside of the annular seal member 130 through an opening 131 so as to fill the water supply space 120 with the water 150 for pressurization. In this condition, [water supplying pressure]×[an area surrounded by the seal 130] partially supports a load of the material 110 to be carried, and the weight to be applied to the support 101 is reduced by that load supported by the [water supplying pressure]×[an area surrounded by the seal 130] from the weight of the whole. Namely, since the friction between the support 101 and the bottom surface of the bulk material 110 is lowered, the bulk material 110 can be hauled by a relatively small hauling force.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate restarting by temporarily setting a shield excavator on a flexible bag body overlapped on a shaft bottom part, and deforming the bag body to modify height of the shield excavator. SOLUTION: A plurality of flexible bag bodies 2 are set to be overlapped through a rotation disc 3 on an intermediate shaft bottom part, and an excavator support base 21 is provided on the uppermost part of a group of the bags 2. Next, after a shield excavator 1 reaching the intermediate shaft is temporarily set on the base 21, the disc 21 is rotated to change the advancement direction of the excavator 1. Next, compressed air or pressure water is supplied to the bag body 2 to expand the group of the bags 2 so as to be matched to a restarting height. The group of the bags 2 is supported with a jack and the like, and the excavator 1 is started at need. Furthermore, in the case where the starting excavation height of the excavator 1 is lowered, the excavator 1 is temporarily set on the previously expanded bag body 2, which is contracted to make desired height. As a result, an excessive space between a ceiling and the upper part of the excavator and reinforcement of a shaft wall face can be unnecessitated, working can be performed simply and a cost can be reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To securely and easily carry out the submergedly installing work of caissons by arranging an inner caisson so as to inscribed in an outer caisson, and after the outer caisson has been submergedly installed, by submergedly driving the inner caisson along the outer caisson to a deeper place. CONSTITUTION:In the inner circumferential surface of an outer caisson 1, the outer circumferential surface of an inner caisson 2 is inscribedly arranged, and grooves 22 being opposite to the incribed and circumscribed surfaces of both caissons 1 and 2 respectively are recessedly provided in the axial direction. And anchor bodies 4 are arranged along the grooves 22, and the lower end parts thereof are fixed into the ground, and the anchor bodies 4 are pulled upward by a forcedly driving jack which has been installed on the upper end surface of the outer caisson 1. And by the pull-out reaction thereof, the outer caisson 1 is forcedly driven to a prescribed depth. Then, the forcedly driving jack is shifted to the upper end part of the inner caisson 2, and in the same manner the inner caisson 2 is submergedly installed along the inner circumferential surface of the outer caisson 1 to a deeper place. Thereafter, in the same procedure, an end caisson 3 is submergedly installed along the inner circumferential surface of the inner caisson 2 to a further deep place.
