摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce cost by repeating the steps of coupling new lower halves of a concrete form to both adjacent installed upper halves, and then placing concrete to a height of half of the new form. CONSTITUTION:An insert for mounting an anchor bolt 2 is buried at a slightly lower position than the half of the height of a concrete placed surface side of a concrete form. Then, a recess 14 for increasing the adhering area with the placed concrete is formed, and bolt holes 16 are provided at the upper and lower side edges. Thereafter, the lower half of a new form 1 and the upper half of both adjacent existing forms 3 are couple via holes 16 by bolts 4. Concrete is placed to a height of half of the form 1, and the bolts 2 are mounted through the insert immediately before the placing is finished. Further, the step is repeated to form a dam of a predetermined height. Thus, a form assembling is simplified to save a building cost and to drastically shorten the period of building.

摘要： PURPOSE:To show a quantity of abrasion not exceeding one tenth as compared with ordinary concrete not impregnated with resin, by a method wherein a concrete base is impregnated with a monomer into which a polymerization initiator is dissolved, then heated and the monomer is polymerized. CONSTITUTION:After concrete for which ceramic material is used as aggregate is hardened sufficiently, dried up to a dried condition by a fan drier and cooled down to a room temperature after that. Then the concrete base is put into a vacuum vessel and a gaseous component in the concrete base is deaerated. When the monomer in such a quantity that the whole of the concrete base in a vacuous state vessel can be immersed is cast into the vessel, the monomer is infiltrated away into a pore part of the concrete base up to the inside of the same. As for the infiltrated monomer, a radical is generated by a polymerization initiator through heating, polymerization is initiated by reacting on a double bond of the monomer and furthermore the polymerization is advanced by a chain reaction of the radical of the other monomer.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erosion as a bulkhead wall at the time of flood without obstructing a natural environment, a landscape and a natural system by continuously burying underground walls composed of permeable concrete at a prescribed interval from the natural slope face of a river. SOLUTION: Underground walls 1 are continuously buried along a river 3 toward the underground from positions separated at prescribed distances from the slope shoulder 2a of the natural slope face 2 of the river 3. A permeable concrete plate or a sheet pile is used for the underground wall 1, projection and recess parts formed on sides are fitted and continuously successively positioned, and deeply inserted from a river bed 3a to sufficiently secure depth of embedment L so as not to expose the upper part on the ground. However, a panel-like box sheet pile as the inside is made hollow may be used. Thereby because the underground wall 1 is not exposed on the ground, a natural landscape is not damaged, and in addition, underground water freely moves not to obstruct a natural system. In the case of flood, the underground wall 1 is a bulkhead, so further erosion is prevented even if the natural slope face 2 is flowed out, and the natural shape face 2 after flood is restored by earth covering.

摘要： PURPOSE: To increase strength by tightening ends of steel materials, which protrude from both ends of embedded formworks in very close juxtaposition, by a tighed bar, placing curing and hardening concrete on its top surface, and the removing the tighed bar. CONSTITUTION: After a steel material is arranged in the inside of a formwork whose bottom section rises upward in the arch shape, concrete is placed, cured and hardened to form an embedded frame 5 in which ends of the steel material protrude from both ends thereof. Next, the embedded formworks 5 are arranged in parallel in close contact mutually, and the ends 6 of the steel material are provided in a condition in which they are in tension sufficiently by a tighed bar 7. Then, concrete 8 for bottom system is placed in an upper part of the embedded frame 5 and cured and hardened. After the strength of the concrete 8 for bottom system appears sufficiently, the tighed bar 7 is removed from the embedded frame 5 to release the tension of the embedded frame 5 so as to form a floor system 9 for road, track, etc.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the connection strength and water resistance of plate materials by filling a bonding material and placing interveniently a support material into a space to be formed by bringing plate materials face to face with each other. CONSTITUTION:A plate material 1 having a flat end surface is formed, and then, a connection groove 2 is formed by a method such as digging the end surface. At this time, the inside of the connection groove 2 is made into such a shape as becomes gradually narrower toward the bottom portion from the opening portion. Moreover, a plurality of the connection groove 2 may be provided, and in order to prevent the intrusion of sea water or the like, the longitudinal end portion of the connection groove 2 may be made so as not to be passed through. When the two plate materials 1, 1 are connected to each other, a space is formed by bringing the connection grooves 2, 2 face to face with each other, and at the same time a support material 4 that is a steel plate or of carbon fiber knitting is placed interveniently into the space and simultaneously an epoxy bonding material is filled into it. The support material 4 is arranged, so connection strength is improved, and as the epoxy bonding agent is filled, the intrusion of sea water or the like is prevented.
