摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate trouble in execution and temporary members as well by supporting a form and a concrete member not by separate structures but by a same member. CONSTITUTION:In a structure where a form 2 is supported by a hanging diagonal member 1 in order to place concrete 3 in the form 2, an anchor body 4 is installed onto the tip end of the hanging diagonal member 1, a form 2 fixing steel bar 5 is screwed in the anchor body 4 from the opposite side of the hanging diagonal member 1, and the anchor body 4 is so arranged as to be positioned in the inside of concrete 3 which has been placed. A support member 6 anchoring the form 2 is installed at the end section of the form 2 fixing steel bar 5 in such a way as to be freely disassembled.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform good construction joint by using a precast joint plate having uneven surface on both sides as a gable form, setting it to the end of a concrete structure to be extended, and placing concrete to the inside of the precast joint plate. CONSTITUTION:A precast joint plate 1 is basically constituted of a sectional shape of a concrete structure and the same shaped plate body. In the joint plate 1, both sides opposed to the joint are so formed that they have uneven surfaces 11 with coarse-grained ones, and other surfaces than those are finished evenly. Through-holes 12 into which reinforcing bars or PC steel materials are inserted are bored in the surface of the joint plate 1. Jigs 13 such as a plurality of inserts, etc., are buried into at least one side of the joint plate 1 at a certain interval. In the case of execution, a joint plate 1a is positioned to a free end of the existing bridge girder 2. After that, a reinforcing member 3a such as a reinforcing bar or PC steel material is projected from the joint plate 1a. Then, a joint plate 1b is set to the end of a structure to be extended by making use of a shoring form 5 necessary for extending the existing bridge girder 2 to fix. An extending reinforcing member 3b is connected to the end of the reinforcing member 3a to penetrate the joint plate 1b. Finally, concrete is placed in a space between the joint plates 1a and 1b. According to the constitution, the bridge girder 2 having good construction joint of the concrete can be extended.

After concrete has been placed, the prestressed strand supporting the form is shored again as a support member for concrete, each vertical member is installed at the tip end of each arch rib, and these works shall be repeatedly performed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To simply, securely, and safely install a PC cable tension jack with a few operators, by fixing a connecting bolt at the chain end in the screw hole of the supporting plate of the PC cable and pulling the chain inserted in the pierced hole of the connection collar by the actuation of the lever block. CONSTITUTION:A connection collar 11 provided with a plurality of pirced holes 12 in the axial direction of the jack 1 is attached to the endface thereof and chains 22 are inserted into the connection collar 11. Next, tracting devices 2 are attached at the end of the jack 1 side of the chain 22 and connecting bolts 25 are fitted at the other end thereof. Then the connection bolts 25 at the end of the chain are screwed in the screw holes (j) opened at the supporting plate (e) of the PC cable in the condition that the jacks are suspended near the end part (b) of the PC cable by a lifter. The chains are tracted by the tracting devices 2 to closely contact the connection collar 11 with the supporting plate (e) and to remove short pipes 24 or others and exchange the connecting bolts to fixing bolts 5 in turns. In this way, fine adjusting of centering or others can be easily performed.
