摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the speed of storing/radiating heat in/from a hollow concrete slab of a frame of an air conditioning system wherein heat stored in the frame during a time other than the air conditioning time is released for use for air conditioning during the air conditioning time. SOLUTION: In an air conditioning system provided with a heat storage air passage comprising a hollow section of a hollow concrete slab 20, a number of grooves 22 are formed on the internal surface of a hollow section 21 provided at an appropriate position of a passage for allowing air conditioning air to flow from an air conditioner to an air-conditioned space and for allowing the air conditioning air to flow from the air-conditioned space to the air conditioner. According to this constitution, because the area of contact of the frame with the air in the hollow section 21 increases sharply, the speeds of heat storage and heat radiation increase remarkably, a heat storage quantity also increases as a result thereof, so that the controllability of a frame heat storage air conditioning system is improved considerably.

SOLUTION: A reflecting object 20 which comprises a uniform difuse reflecting face is installed at every measuring point, the luminance of reflected light from the reflecting face is measured in every measuring point, and an illuminance in every measuring point is computed on the basis of a luminance measured value in every point and on the basis of the reflectance of the uniform diffuse reflecting face. Since an illuminance in a point and the luminance of reflected light from a reflecting face arranged in the point are in a theoretically linear relationship, the illuminance can be computed on the basis of the measured value of the luminance. In addition, since the time required for measuring a luminance by a luminance meter 30 is shorter than the time required for measuring an illuminance by an illuminance meter, a measuring time difference between respective measuring points can be shortened.

Further, the solar heat collecting device 4 is provided below the window glass at such an angle of inclination with respect to the wall 3 that the device 4 is able to adsorb the sunlight reflecting from the surface of the window glass. Consequently, sunlight is introduced into the room through the surface of the window glass in winter to thereby heat the room while sunlight is reflected from the surface of the window glass in summer to thereby reduce the heat load applied on the air conditioner in the room and to improve the heat collecting efficiency of the solar heat collecting device 4.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for grasping an area environment structure capable of providing understandable information by rationally grasping the multiple layered characteristics of an area and the relationship of the characteristics at the time of planning a building or selecting a planned place under the consideration of an area environment. SOLUTION: A matrix constituted of a plurality of elements constituted of at least one locality and the scales of at least one level is prepared so that the unitary arrangement of multiple layered area environment characteristics can be realized. Then, the multiple layered characteristics of the respective elements of the matrix are clarified, and the relationship of those characteristics is clarified so that the area environment structure can be integrally grasped. In this case, the locality in the matrix is divided into four locality, that is, geographical locality, biological locality, metrological locality, and artificial locality, and the scales in the matrix are divided into three levels, that is, wide area, middle area, and narrow area. Thus, it is possible to integrally grasp the environment structure from the point of view of the harmony of environment maintenance and human activity without being biased on nature protection or anthropocentric development.
