SOLUTION: A plurality of wall members 4 extending outwards is installed at an interval on the outside of an outer peripheral column 1 of the building. By covering the space between front end parts of the wall members 4 with a ventilable shielding member 5, the equipment installing space 6 surrounded by the outer peripheral column 1, the wall members 4 and the shielding member 5 is formed. By forming a floor material 11 of the building further to the outside of the outer peripheral column 1 along the wall members 4, and arranging an outer cover material 12 at front end parts of the floor material 11, at least a part of the wall members 4 are positioned in the inner space 3 of the building.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the term of works and to reduce the construction cost by integrally assembling a pump and a drain pipe into a drainage pit formed of steel product, setting them in a prescribed position, and placing slab concrete to the circumference thereof. SOLUTION: The water storage box of a drainage pit 1 is formed by use of steel product or vinyl chloride material so as to have a recessed part 5 for setting a grating 4 on the top part and a floating preventing piece 7 on the circumferential bottom part, and a fixing piece 6 is provided on the bottom surface. The leg part 8 of a pump 2 is preliminarily fixed to the fixing piece 6, and a draining pipe 3 is connected, whereby the pump 2 and the draining pipe 3 are integrated into the draining pit 1 and set in a prescribed position. Slab concrete 9 is placed to the circumference. Since the excavating work for constructing the draining pit 1 is not required, the set can be simplified to shorten the term of works and reduce the construction cost.
