    • PURPOSE:To improve wear resistance without generating slippage between friction disks by dispersedly providing highly hard parts which are harder than soft steel, on the slidingly contacted surfaces of said friction disks. CONSTITUTION:Plural discharging grooves 31, 32 for outwardly discharging powder of abrasion, are provided on the slidingly contacted surfaces 29, 30 of friction disks 11, 12 respectively and, further, highly hard parts 33, 34 which are harder than soft steel, are dispersedly provided on the slidingly contacted surfaces 29, 30 respectively. In this case, the highly hard parts 33, 34 are formed by many small areas of nearly small circle shape which are separately dispersed in the slidingly contacted surfaces 29, 30 of the friction disks 11, 12 respectively, being dispersed at random. The many small areas of nearly small circle shape may be dispersed in an arranged state and, further, each of the small areas may be formed nearly elliptically or into a belt shape of a certain length.
