摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic mold having good heat-exchanging efficiency regardless of kind and shape of a formed product and its manufacturing method by resolving such problems as the quickness of production and the quality of the product because a fluid circuit for heating/cooling has not been arranged in the metallic mold according to the shape of the formed product.
SOLUTION: This metallic mold including the heating/cooling circuit of the fluid is the one, in which in order to set up the fluid circuit for heating or cooling the formed product mold to form a cavity by mating the molds while keeping the back face of this formed product mold to a desirable thickness according to the formed product shape, after working as formed product mold pieces obtained by dividing this formed product mold in the range of facilitating this work, these pieces are joined and disposed by using carbon fiber bundle and constituted so that molten material for the formed product poured into the cavity can be properly cooled from the back face of the formed product mold.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding member excellent in wear resistance and lubricating ability using material excellent in machinability, and a compressor provided with this sliding member at a low cost. SOLUTION: This sliding member 1 has a nitrosulphurized layer on the surface of a base substance formed of pressed aluminum-chromium-molybdenum steel(SACM). Desired shape can therefore be easily obtained, and the nitrosulphurized layer can be formed in a short time so as to provide the sliding member 1 excellent in wear resistance and lubricating ability, at a low cost. A hollow part is formed in the sliding member 1 to further reduce the weight of the sliding member 1 and to improve follow-up performance during sliding. In addition, a cylinder 2 and a rotor 5 are formed of SACM, and nitrosulphurized layers are formed at the sliding faces thereof so as to further improve wear resistance and lubricating performance.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel mold with a fluid passage for regulating temperature by bonding technique applying a pulse power supply sintering method such as a discharge plasma sintering method or the like. SOLUTION: A plurality of blocks 20, 30, 40 and 50 mutually bonded by flat bonding surfaces are provided and a groove for demarcating a fluid passage for allowing a fluid to flow is formed to the bonding surface of at least one of the adjacent blocks. At least one of an inlet port and an outlet port communicating with the groove is formed to at least one block among a plurality of the blocks, and a plurality of the blocks are temporarily bonded by a pulse power supply sintering method and subsequently heat-treated to be perfectly bonded. A hole is formed to the bonded block, and at least one of molding cores 60 and 70 demarcating the cavity of the mold is inserted in the hole in a detachable manner.

In the boundary part between the sintered body 15 and a base material, by continuously changing the component ratio between powder 10 for nickel- phosphorus sintering used for discharge plasma sintering and sintered iron powder 44 constituting the base material 44, the sintered body 15 and the base material 44 are joined together slantingly.
