    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element with which desired optical pickup characteristics can be obtained even when the light of different wavelengths utilizes the common diffraction region of the optical element, a lens, and an optical pickup. SOLUTION: The objective lens 3 of the optical head device is bisected to an inner peripheral side refractive surface region 33 of a circular shape inclusive of an optical axis L and an outer peripheral side refractive surface region 34 annularly enclosing the outer periphery of the inner peripheral side refractive surface region 33 to a concentric form around the optical axis L. An inner peripheral diffraction grating 35 is formed by fine blazes 30 of a concentric form. Both of the first laser beam for a DVD and the second laser beam for a CD are diffracted by the inner peripheral diffraction grating 35. The aberrations when the blazes are actually worked are decreased by previously anticipating the occurrence of prescribed aberrations in an optical path function at the time of performing optical design of the objective lens 3.       SOLUTION: A cavity 223c for secondary molding is formed in front of the injection gate 223a of a secondary mold part 223. An elastic gasket 320 to be fitted to a plunger shaft 310 molded in primary molding constitution is molded by the cavity 223c. The inner surface of the cavity 223c is separated from the entire surface part of the primary molding (the plunger shaft 310) exposed from a common mold structure part.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring apparatus in which the quantity of irradiation light is made large when an object to be inspected is irradiated with light while effectively utilizing the irradiation light emitted from a light source, and by which the inclination of the object to be inspected can be measured with high resolution. SOLUTION: This measuring apparatus for the inclination of an object to be inspected is provided with a light source 11, a light receiving element 21, and a collimating lens 18 which changes light emitted from the light source 11 into parallel light so as to be cast on the object 19 to be inspected, and by which its reflected light is condensed so as to be image-formed by the light receiving element 21. The inclination of the object 19 to be inspected is measured on the basis of the image-formation position of the light receiving element 21. A condensing lens 12 is arranged and installed in an optical path between the light source 11 and the collimating lens 18. The arrangement and installation position of the collimating lens 18 is set at the rear of the optical path of a focal position which is condensed by the condensing lens 12. As a result, the object 19 to be inspected is irradiated with good efficiency with radiant light condensed by the condensing lens 12 through the collimating lens 18, and the image recognition accuracy of a formed image is enhanced.

      SOLUTION: This gate cutting device 100 comprises a pair of cutting edges 149A and 149B which cut a gate part G of the formed component P and are opposed to each other across the gate part G; a pair of cutting edge retaining means 147A and 147B which retain the paired cutting edges 149A and 149B respectively; a guide means 148 which guides the paired cutting edge retaining means 147A and 147B; and a drive means which drives the paired cutting edge retaining means 147A and 147B. The drive means is equipped with a screw mechanism including a threaded rod 146 which integrally incorporates a right-hand thread part 146A and a left-hand thread part 146B in order to relatively move the paired cutting edge retaining means 147A and 147B at a uniform rate in directions where the paired cutting edges 149A and 149B get close to and apart from each other.
