摘要： A coating apparatus has compact coating assembly modules which require less storage space and are easier to handle and which through the common use of parts and accessory tools provide a reduced manufacturing cost of the apparatus as a whole. A coating assembly which rotates during coating and a coating assembly which does not rotate during coating can be interchangeably installed to a support frame. Two bearing cases are mounted on the support frame, and the coating assemblies each have two shaft parts which can be removably set in the bearing cases. The shaft parts of the rotating coating assembly can be rotatably set in the bearing cases, and a shaft part of the non-rotating coating assembly can, when set in its corresponding bearing case, be anchored to a fixed part so that it cannot rotate. Another coating assembly which does not rotate during coating has left and right mounting parts which can be removably fixed to bearing cradle parts of the bearing cases.

摘要： A coating apparatus comprises a carrier movable in a to-and-aft direction, a swing frame having a portion pivotably supported by the carrier, three pairs of bearings mounted to the swing frame, and three rolls journaled by the three pair of bearings, respectively. A drive unit includes three variable speed motors which include respective output shafts connected to the corresponding rolls through offset shaft couplings. The three rolls have respective axes which are connected to form an imaginary triangle. That portion of the swing frame which is pivotably supported by the carrier is located outside of the imaginary triangle. The imaginary triangle is moved back and forth when the swing frame is swung back and forth. The carrier is reciprocated to accommodate the reciprocating movement of the imaginary triangle. Thus, the imaginary triangle can be rotated to a desired coating position so far as the amount of offset between the rolls and the output shafts is within the allowable offset range of the offset shaft couplings.

摘要： The subject disclosure relates to managing z-dimensional ordering of elements within a computing system display through the use of z-order bands. As described herein, z-order bands are utilized to arrange windows and other graphics corresponding to respective application types. A policy engine controls which windows and/or other graphical elements can enter and exit each band. Graphical elements within a given band can additionally be subject to per-band properties corresponding to the band and/or user preferences. As additionally described herein, z-order bands and/or other suitable mechanisms are utilized to facilitate registration watermarking for a computing environment by rendering a registration watermark display upon determining that one or more licensed elements of a computing system have not been registered. The registration watermark display is assigned a z-order band that enables its display over all other graphical elements associated with the computing system and prevents other graphical elements from interfering with its display.
