      SOLUTION: The welded joint uses a steel having a metallic structure mainly composed of ferrite and bainite, wherein, the area ratio of pearlite is ≤10%, and also, the half-value width of X-ray diffraction intensity from the (110) face is ≥0.13 degrees, and further having a chemical composition satisfying the following inequalities (a) and (b), and a difference between the maximum value and the minimum value of the hardness value in the boundary between a weld metal and a welded heat affected zone in the surface of the welded joint is ≤50Hv.
