At normal time, the extracting time is determined under the condition that the stock to be rolled is conveyed at a set speed which is lower than the upper limit speed conveyable with the conveying table, and when the extracting time of the stock to be rolled gets behind the determined time, the delay is recovered by conveying the stock to be rolled by operating the conveying tables at faster speed than that of the normal time.
