    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a practical and reliable piping system capable of being stably operated with pipe lines vacuumed (negative pressure).SOLUTION: The piping system includes a closed circulation path constituted by a series of pipe lines 1 and a circulation pump 4 installed along the path for circulating a fluid therein. In the piping system, the circulation pump is installed in a low position of the pipe line and an atmospheric expansion tank 7 is connected to the discharge side thereof. The expansion tank can be moved up and down so that its installation position can be vertically changed. A plurality of tubes are hermetically connected to each other with bayonet joints so as to constitute the pipe lines. The pipe lines are applied to a cold water circulation path for air conditioning for use in a clean room, and a heat exchanger 15 for adjusting cold water by exchanging heat with a heat source equipment is installed in the pipe lines. The air conditioner 6 is used as a fan coil unit of a low pressure loss type. A degasifier 20, a bubble detecting mechanism 30, and an air exhaust mechanism are installed in the pipe lines.

The filling material is made by alternately laminating molded fabrics which are obtained by heat-sealing a fabric material made of polyester and a mesh material made of polypropylene, and spacers which are obtained by molding the mesh material made of polypropylene into a waveform, wherein the molded fabrics and the spacers are vertically postured inside the filling tower. The waveform formed in the spacers gives a horizontal transverse wave. The cleaning water supply mechanism is configured to supply the cleaning water containing ozone water.

In a case of performing a process of coating the glass substrate G with chemical including a solvent, a rate of diffusion of the solvent to an upper part is decreased by the cleaned air supplied toward the substantially horizontal direction. As an air passage for performing recirculating ventilation of mainly the airflow in the substantially horizontal direction, is formed, a floor or ceiling chamber becomes unnecessary, space efficiency can be improved, and a construction cost for duct work can be reduced.
