The motor includes a rotor 21, and a stator located on the outer peripheral side of the rotor 21. The first bearing 66a and the second bearing 66b include a first inner ring 71a and a second inner ring 72a mounted on the hub axle 15, a first outer ring 71b and a second outer ring 72b mounted on the stator, and a first rolling element 71c and a second rolling element 72c arranged between the inner rings and the outer rings, respectively. The spacer 67 is arranged between the first inner ring 71a and the second inner ring 72a. The movement restricting section 68 restricts the movement of the first inner ring 71a in a direction away from the second bearing 66b. The first bearing 66a is pressed to the movement restricting section 68 via the spacer 67.

      SOLUTION: A chain tensioner 40 applies tension to a chain 26, and comprises a bracket 56, a tension member 58, a fixing position adjustment mechanism 60, and an urging member 62. The bracket is mounted to the frame (a mounting ear part 24b) of a bicycle. The tension member is fixed to the bracket in a non-movable manner in the first direction, and movable in the second direction different from the first direction with respect to the bracket being a member capable of applying tension to the chain. The fixing position adjustment mechanism can adjust the fixing position in the first direction with respect to the bracket of the tension member by the sliding operation. The urging member urges the tension member in the first direction.
