摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drawer-and-shell type heating cooking apparatus capable of preventing bedewing due to condensation of steam on a handle by preventing flowing of steam generated from a heated object in a heating chamber to a gap between an upper end of an opening and closing door and an opening rim of a cooking apparatus body.
SOLUTION: A packing 16 is arranged on the rim 11 of an opening 10 of the cooking apparatus body in a form blocking a gap with the handle 13. In a closed state of the opening and closing door 2a, flowing between the rim and the handle 13 of the steam generated from the heated object in the heating chamber when cooking the heated object is sealed by the packing 16. By this, bedewing due to dew condensation on the handle 13 can be prevented. The packing 16 is provided with an attachment part 17 attached to a far side rim 11a of the opening 10, and a sealing part 18 downward extended from the attachment part 17 and capable of abutting on a far side part of the handle 13.
