摘要： A method for fabrication of microparticles using a photo-polymerizable colloidal dispersant is provided. The method includes (a) preparing liquid droplets in a continuous phase from photo-polymerizable resin containing colloidal particles dispersed therein, then, allowing the colloidal particles to move toward an interface of the liquid droplets; and (b) UV exposing the liquid droplets to enable photo-polymerization thereof, so as to produce microparticles having a structure formed of colloidal particles on a surface of the microparticles. In addition, in order to improve the surface structure and characteristics, the foregoing method further includes (c) selective chemical reaction of the colloidal particles formed on the surface of the microparticles or, otherwise, removal of the colloidal particles.

摘要： According to an exemplary embodiment of the invention, systems and methods are provided for producing low work function electrodes. According to an exemplary embodiment, a method is provided for reducing a work function of an electrode. The method includes applying, to at least a portion of the electrode, a solution comprising a Lewis basic oligomer or polymer; and based at least in part on applying the solution, forming an ultra-thin layer on a surface of the electrode, wherein the ultra-thin layer reduces the work function associated with the electrode by greater than 0.5 eV. According to another exemplary embodiment of the invention, a device is provided. The device includes a semiconductor; at least one electrode disposed adjacent to the semiconductor and configured to transport electrons in or out of the semiconductor.

摘要： There is provided a plasma display device. The plasma display device includes a plasma display panel (PDP) and drivers for supplying driving signals to the PDP. The driver includes a capacitor, a first switch turned on in order to supply a voltage of a first end of both ends of the capacitor to the PDP, a second switch turned on in order to supply a voltage of a second end of both ends of the capacitor to the PDP, a first voltage supplier connected to the first end of the capacitor to supply one of a sustain voltage and a reference voltage to the first end, and a second voltage supplier connected to the second end of the capacitor to supply the reference voltage to the second end. A voltage difference between the both ends of the capacitor is sustained as the sustain voltage. In the plasma display device, since the conventional large capacity of pass switch and the negative polar scan voltage source—Yy are replaced by cheap capacitors with the driving signals for driving the PDP applied in the same way, it is possible to reduce the manufacturing cost of the plasma display device.

摘要： There is provided a plasma display device. The plasma display device includes a plasma display panel (PDP) and drivers for supplying driving signals to the PDP.
