      SOLUTION: A rice threshing cylinder is provided in a rice threshing chamber of a threshing part, and a dust feeding regulation valve is arranged directly above the rice threshing cylinder enabling to regulate the retention time of a straw to be discharged in the rice threshing chamber. In a classifying part, there are provided with a chaff-sieve capable of coarsely classifying a grain and a straw-chip and adjusting the coarsely classified amount by adjusting a sieved amount, and a winnowing basket capable of winnowing the grain sieved by coarse classification with the chaff-sieve, and adjusting the air quantity by adjusting an opening and closing amount of a shutter for adjusting the opening amount of the air inlet. A sensing lever body rotating in proportion to the amount of a supplied grain straw is arranged extendedly in the direction crossing the shaft line of a rice stripping cylinder directly over the rice threshing cylinder, and the changing motion of the sieved amount of the chaff-sieve and the opening and closing motion of the shutter are interlocked with the rotation motion of the sensing lever.
