摘要： A color photographic light-sensitive material is described, said material comprising a support having coated thereon at least one silver halide emulsion layer containing a 5-pyrazolone magenta coupler represented by formula (I) ##EQU1## wherein R represents an acylamino group, an anilino group or a ureido group; Ar.sup.1 represents a phenyl group which may be substituted with one or more halogen groups, alkyl groups, or alkoxy groups; Ar.sup.2 represents a phenyl group or a naphthyl group, each of which may be substituted with one or more halogen groups, hydroxy groups, carboxy groups, cyano groups, alkyl groups, acylamino groups, carbamoyl groups, ureido groups, sulfonamido groups, diacylamino groups, sulfamoyl groups, alkoxycarbonyl groups, phenyl groups, arysulfonyl groups or alkoxy groups; X represents oxygen, sulfur, or a methylene group; and Y represents a straight chain or branched chain alkylene group having from 1 to 6 carbon atoms, or an alkylene group containing an ether bond.

摘要： A color photographic material and a method of forming a color photographic image which utilizes a 5-pyrazolone magenta coupler shown by the following general formula (I): ##STR1## wherein R represents an acylamino group, an anilino group or a ureido group; R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3, which may be the same or different, each represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkenyl group, a cycloalkyl group, an aralkyl group, an alkoxy group, an aryloxy group, a carboxy group, an aryl group or a heterocyclic group (which groups may be substituted) and R.sub. and R.sub.2 may combine to form a 2-indazolyl group, provided that R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 are not hydrogen atoms at the same time; and Ar represents a phenyl group which may be substituted with one or more halogen atoms, alkyl groups, alkoxy groups or cyano groups. These 5-pyrazolone magenta couplers are two-equivalent magenta couplers and particularly suitable for providing silver halide color photographic light-sensitive materials having high sensitivity.

摘要： A silver halide color photographic light-sensitive material comprising a support having thereon a blue-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer, a green-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer and a red-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer, at least one of these silver halide emulsion layers containing a non-diffusible coupler which forms a properly smearing diffusible dye upon reaction with the oxidation product of a color developing agent together with a monodispersed silver halide emulsion. The silver halide color photographic light-sensitive material provides color images having not only an improved RMS granularity but also an improved visual sensation of graininess.

摘要： A reticle defect inspection apparatus that can carry out a defect inspection with high detection sensitivity are provided. The apparatus includes an optical system of transmitted illumination for irradiating one surface of a sample with a first inspection light, an optical system of reflected illumination for irradiating another surface of the sample with a second inspection light, and a detecting optical system that can simultaneously detect a transmitted light obtained by the first inspection light being passed through the sample and a reflected light obtained by the second inspection light being reflected by the sample. And the optical system of transmitted illumination includes a focusing lens driving mechanism for correcting a focal point shift of the transmitted light resulting from thickness of the sample.

When the mover is at the inside position, the cartridge is positioned to the positioner by the urger to be placed in a positioning state when the gripper is at the reference position and the positioning state of the cartridge is released by moving the gripper from the reference position to the outward position.
