摘要： This invention is directed to a fur-like pile fabric of two-layer construction formed of guard hair fibers and under-fur fibers and used as artificial fur and a method for the production thereof.This invention produces a pile fabric 1 possessing guard hair fibers 2 having sharpened leading terminals and under-fur fibers having a satisfactorily uniform length by a method that comprises preparing a pile knitted or woven fabric with a pile yarn obtained by mixing limited-length polyester type fibers for guard hair fibers of sharpened terminals with limited-length polyester type fibers more susceptible to the action of an alkali treating agent and used for under-fur fibers, imparting an alkali treating agent 6 of a specific viscosity to the hair-raised surface of the pile knitted or woven fabric, and thereafter heat-treating the alkali-treated fabric thereby shortening the under-fur fibers and sharpening the leading terminals of the under-fur fibers.

摘要： The object of the present invention is to provide a method of reclaiming crosslinked rubber wherein a reduction of qualities due to generation of decomposed products hardly occurs, and a molding of reclaimed rubber. In a reclamation step of reclaiming crosslinked rubber 10 by applying shear stress thereto and/or in a subsequent step in the present invention, a degasification carrier is introduced and decomposed products in the crosslinked rubber 10 are removed together with the degasification carrier. Also the disclosed is a molding of reclaimed rubber prepared by re-crosslinking reclaimed rubber obtained by this method.

摘要： The present invention provides a rubber composition containing a reclaimed rubber and a method for producing the same. A rubber molded article having excellent rubber properties can be obtained and the recycling of a used rubber product can be promoted by the present invention. A rubber composition of the present invention is a blend comprising a claimed rubber obtained by applying a heat and a shear stress to a vulcanized rubber, a non-vulcanized virgin rubber or/and a thermoplastic resin, wherein the reclaimed rubber contains 40% by weight or more of a residual toluene-insoluble gel component and the network chain density of the rubber in the gel component is 1/20 to 1/4 based on the network chain density of the rubber of the vulcanized rubber.

This structure has antimicrobial property excellent in industrial washing durability and also has shape stability such as crease resistance and shrinkage resistance. Crosslinking index=A−B where A is the coefficient of moisture absorption of the fiber structure after crosslinking in an atmosphere of 30° C. and 90% RH (%), and B is the coefficient of moisture absorption of the fiber structure after crosslinking in an atmosphere of 20° C. and 65% RH (%).

摘要： Devulcanized rubber in which sulfuric crosslinking bonds are cut and which contains carbon black particles having very small diameters. Vulcanized rubber of discarded products is devulcanized by heating it at a temperature of 180.degree. C. --350.degree. C. and applying a shearing pressure of 10-150 kg/cm.sup.2 thereto. Reclaimed rubber products are manufactured by vulcanizing and molding, into desired shapes, a material made of only devulcanized rubber in which sulfuric crosslinking bonds are cut and which contains carbon black particles having very small diameters or a material made of the devulcanized rubber mixed with virgin unvulcanized rubber.
