    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collapsible bicycle easy in carrying after being folded up.
      SOLUTION: In this collapsible bicycle, frames 31 and 32 can be folded up between a front wheel 12 and a rear wheel 22. A caster 35 grounding at folding-up time, and nongrounding at traveling time is arranged in an almost central position between the two wheels 12 and 22. At folding-up time, the caster 35 is grounded so that the collapsible bicycle can be used as a tricycle composed of the front wheel 12, the rear wheel 22, and the caster 35.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of further effectively cooling a beverage through a simple mechanism by actively using melting heat of ice, and being made in various sizes from a large one to a small one according to the purpose due to the simple structure.
      SOLUTION: Air is supplied to cooling ice 3 by a blower such as a fan 1 to melt the ice 3, whereby a beverage is cooled by actively using the melting heat of the ice. Accordingly, a cooling device with a further simple structure can be provided.

    • The invention has for its object to coat a single layer form of low-refractive organic thin-film layer on a cover glass of a solar battery to enhance the light-collection efficiency of a solar battery module by a simple method, thereby enhancing the ability of collect sunlight.The invention provides a coating layer for solar batteries which can be formed directly on a protective layer of a solar battery module and used in direct contact with the air. The fluorine-containing coating layer for solar batteries is characterized by having a fluorine content of 5% by weight or greater. This coating layer or protective layer is formed by polymerizing and curing a composition comprising a methacrylate compound and/or an acrylate compound containing a fluoroalkyl group and/or a fluorine-containing polymer dissolved or dispersed in an organic solvent, a fluorine-free organic compound containing 1 to 5 acryloyl groups or methacryloyl groups, and a photo-polymerization initiator, optionally with the addition of fumed silica to it.

    • The present invention relates to a composition for low-refractive-index films, components (b) and (c), and an organic solvent. Component (b) is a fluorine-containing polymer.
