    • A pixel and an organic light emitting display using the pixel capable of displaying an image of uniform luminance. A pixel circuit is coupled with at least one scan line and at least one data line. The pixel circuit first charges a voltage corresponding to a first data signal across at least one capacitor when the first data signal is supplied from the data lines, and second charges the at least one capacitor when a current as a second data signal is provided. The pixel circuit controls an amount of current supplied to a second power supply from the first power supply through the organic light emitting diode according to the voltage charged in the at least one capacitor. Accordingly, an image of uniform luminescence may be displayed.

    • A data driver and an organic light emitting display device including the data driver. The data driver including a shift register part to generate sampling signals in sequence, a latch part to store external data in response to the sampling signals, a current digital-analog converter to generate a data current corresponding to the data stored in the latch part, and a comparator producing a current corresponding to the difference between a pixel current and the data current. The comparator compares the pixel current fed back from each pixel with the data current, controls the data voltage by increasing or decreasing the current output, and supplies the controlled data voltage to the pixel. By controlling the data voltage an image is displayed with desired brightness regardless of non-uniformity of transistors in each pixel.

    • A data driver adapted to display an image with substantially uniform brightness is provided. The data driver includes a holding latch unit including holding latches for storing data, a signal generator including digital-analog converters for receiving the data to generate data signals, a first switching unit provided between the holding latch unit and the signal generator, and a second switching unit coupled to the signal generator to transmit the data signals to data lines. The first switching unit couples the holding latches to the digital-analog converters during a horizontal period in a manner different from the manner in which the holding latches and the digital-analog converters are coupled to each other during a previous horizontal period. Therefore, errors of the digital-analog converters are diffused so that it is possible to display an image with substantially uniform brightness.

    • Circuits for a pixel in a light emitting display capable of displaying an image with desired brightness are described. The pixel circuit includes a driver to supply a pixel current to the light emitting device corresponding to a data signal supplied from a data line, a first switching unit coupled between the driver and the data line, and a second switching unit coupled between the data line and a common node formed between the driver and the light emitting device. The driver, in turn, includes a first transistor to generate the pixel current to be supplied from a first power line to the light emitting device, a first capacitor coupled between the first transistor and the first switching unit to be charged with a voltage corresponding to the threshold voltage of the first transistor, and a second capacitor to be charged with a voltage corresponding to the data signal.
