    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sheet that satisfies image quality conditions by diffusing and condensing light, and to provide a display device having the optical sheet. SOLUTION: The optical sheet includes a base layer, a light-condensing layer, and a plurality of light-reflecting portions. The base layer includes a first surface, and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The light-condensing layer includes a plurality of light-condensing portions formed on the second surface along a first direction crossing a longitudinal side and a vertical side that meet each other at the second surface. The light-condensing portions are extended in a second direction crossing the first direction to be tilted with respect to the longitudinal side and the vertical side of the optical sheet. The light-reflecting portions are formed in the first surface while being made to correspond to a plurality of recesses where the light-condensing portions meet each other to be formed in the second direction.
