摘要： Reactive polymeric surfactants are disclosed, and their use in processes for preparation of microcapsules, and in stabilising emulsions. 摘要： Un proceso para la producción de una emulsión aceite-en-agua que tiene una fase oleaginosa discontinua y una fase acuosa continua, proceso que comprende una etapa de reacción de reticulado entre (i) un estabilizante polimérico de fórmula (I) que es un copolímero de injerto aleatorio o un copolímero de bloque y que comprende una serie de monómeros vinílicos que no son exclusivamente ésteres vinílicos o sus productos hidrolizados, y que es soluble o dispersable en la fase continua (Ver fórmula) en donde Z es un grupo metoxi-polietilenglicol; R1, R y R2 son independientemente H o metilo; X es un resto funcional hidrofílico; L es un resto que contiene un grupo reticulante capaz de sufrir reacciones de reticulado nucleófilicas o de condensación en la interfase de las fases dispersa y continua de dicha emulsión, en donde dicho grupo reticulante se selecciona entre -OH; -NHA en donde A es hidrógeno o alquilo C1-C4; y -COOH o una sal del mismo; Y es un resto hidrofóbico; el valor de e va de 0,005 a 0,33; el valor de f va de 0,05 a 0,4; y el valor de g va de 0,1 a 0,9; y (ii) una o más sustancias disueltas en la fase oleaginosa líquida discontinua que reacciona con el grupo reticulante del resto funcional L; siempre que cuando el grupo reticulante del resto L sea un grupo ácido reactivo, la sustancia (ii) tenga su grupo reactivo correspondiente isocianato, aziridina o carbodiimida.
